Not just in their products and what might be a good fit for your particular needs, but also allowances for me were a bit off as I'm not big into inhalation because of a throat tickle I get. They have a cartridge that actually didn't choke me, and the staff member told me I could ask my doctor to adjust my allowances to more in my preferences - it just never occurred to me . This is the first time I'd ever visited a dispensary and I had a lot of questions. Everyone seemed really nice but when they assigned me an associate, I couldn't get anything out of him. I would ask a question and he would shrug and give me a short non-answer. He didn't smile once and I felt like he was just trying to get me to pick something and leave. I mean it was like pulling teeth every time I asked a question. "Do you recommend vaping? I've never tried it before, does it work as well as flower?" "I don't know, it's for people who don't like the taste of flower." "Well...do you recommend trying that? Is it effective?" "Yeah." "Do you sell edibles?" "No." "Okay uh....anything to take orally?" im very upset at cura leaf, first off there new way of ringing you up, doesnt allow you to talk or choose directly from the counter. Im a very regular customer. With the changing of the new laws, limits the amount you can get at a time. My beef is this i was checked out yesterday with RSO which was put under my inhalation which i did not want it to be i dont smoke rso i eat it. now they used up all my inhalation that i was saving. Who disepenses RSO as inhalation anyways when i have plenty of milgrams of other catagories. DONT be in such a rush to get everyone out of there and ask your patients which items they want dispense in what catagories!!!! YOUR new system sucks!!! wasted my inhalation!!!! read more

Slowwwwwwwwwww. The staff makes people wait in the lobby forever while they have a good ole' time shooting the breeze and catching up in the dispensing room, not working behind the counters. You can actually see them doing nothing and laughing from the lobby while handfulls of people wait to be served. This seems to be the culture at all of the Curaleaf locations and is so frustrating. The medical cannabis field is super crowded, and while the products at Curaleaf are great, it's the locations that are understaffed or have staff that don't care to work that will be the demise of this company. Was a fast and easy pick up! Called ahead of time to pick the medicine up later. Had no problems getting my medicine. As long as you're doctor cleared and your script is set, there should be no issues. (( I seen a few people there get mad cause their script was expired or they were out of mL. )) The product is great!! Better than Surterra in my opinion. So this was my 3rd dispensary and by far the most disappointing. The girl at that let's you In was the nicest and friendliest person there. The guy who "helped" me couldn't have cared less about what he was doing. Getting answers to simple questions was like pulling teeth, I got more help from another customer there then the employee. And as if that wasn't bad enough (I drove almost an hour to get to this place and was super excited) they had absolutely nothing in stock. Branford and Crystal are the best and many other great people there! Their meds are consistently good and they do an excellent job at servicing their patients. Curaleaf has free deliver with almost a 25 mile radius vs their competitor trulieve charges you $25. Meds are effective and consistent. They run great promotions and they are constantly running them!!! Deliveries come with tracking which is a nice feature ... mark and James are great and do an excellent job with deliveries. OMG, what is less than 1 star? I think they can make an exception in this case. I purchased three of their small (.03g) vape pen cartridges during a sale, I have been using a different dispensary for the last year and a half without incident but 50% is too good to pass up.by the time I had gone through 1 and a half of them my lungs had become so inflamed and tight that I felt like I couldn't breathe. 24 hours after stopping the use of their product, I walked up 2 flights of stairs and felt like I was almost suffocating, developed a headache and stayed that way until I went to sleep. When I woke the next day, I sent them an email telling them everything I just told you as well as the fact that third cartridge seemed to have leaked all over the inside of the packaging but I wasn't concerned about that at this point. Their response, "thanks for letting us know. Please send us pictures of the product stickers and receipt.". I sent the requested pictures and have heard NOTHING ELSE from them in the last 48 hours. I did go to the hospital though where they gave me a triple dose of albuterol, 3 ccs IV steroids and a take home prescription for steroids and an asthma inhaler because my O2 was steady 89-91 when it should be 97 and up. That is precisely how much Curaleaf cares about their customers. There are too many other choices. read more

I have purchased the same type of products north and south of me, (I live in Fort Pierce), the extra drive distance will be worth it.
