I went with the bubbly and a glistening looking chocolate croissant. Both were fantastic and the bubbles works well with the chocolate!! I normally would do coffee and they had some great options but was feeling the bubbles. Nice flaky pastry that you can layer through, my favorite kind. Chill atmosphere, lots of people working or Sunday morning coffee folks. Family's out . Mixed bag of people. Nice clean place though and great pastry option. Some savory breakfast type stuff too. This place is literally a gem. Meant to be a cupcake shop from the same owners of Brooklyn Café, you will find a variety of cakes, sweets and a nice cup of coffee here. If you prefer, you can order and get your cakes to go - and even cater an event! I stopped here for a couple of hours to enjoy a nice magazine in Swedish (yes, it did take me over an hour to read it, but I made it), and have their specialty: Red Velvet Cupcake. Decor is adorable, staff is super nice, and I had a fabulous relaxing time. They don't have WiFi, but if you need to work on your computer just walk two blocks to their big brother.
