We were encouraged to go to the factory by Greg at South Saxon. The finished product - a fully fitted utility area in a listed building gives me joy every morning when I come downstairs and look at it. The attention to detail and ability to be flexible - we suddenly realised we could fit in another drawer when the units went into position, but that was no trouble to them.
