You select what you want, pay, and then pick up your order. Their cookie selection is immense, and they sell them by the pound. I ordered two boxes at half a pound each. The cookies are delicious (think Whole Foods cookies, but better). For sweet bread, I only chose six pieces since they don't travel well on a plane, but wow... the quality was outstanding and the variety is incredible. Service is quick and cordial. The dulce de leche bun was also dry and very messy to eat. It did taste the best out of the three pastries though. My favorite from the trip was the beetroot juice, it was so refreshing.
