After a Couple of hours on site with himself and two technicians and charging me $300.00 plus taxes he couldn't come up with a fix. He told me he would need to reach out to his supplier and another tech in the industry . After he said he consulted with them his fix to me was to replace the heat pump and oil fired furnace. I won't go into that cost if was to say it would be North of $10,000.00 at minimum. Today I had someone look at the heat pump after about 10 minutes he had a fix with a part that would cost about $30.00. My heat pump is now working.

Called HHP they came so quick. They were so friendly, had all the tools they needed, found the issue, contacted another specialist who was here not long after that. Called Evergreen Electric on a Friday afternoon about a light switch that had started sizzling and…read moreflickering when turned on. Thinking I'd have to wait until Monday to get someone out here, I asked if it was enough to tape over it so no one would use it till then, or shut the breaker off that controls that switch. They sent Dan, an electrician, out. He arrived in about a half hour, replaced the bad switch, and did a few other jobs for us while here (replaced a light fixture, replaced a defunct smoke detector, and checked on another fixture for us. Dan was very efficient and glad to answer any questions we had. We called Evergreen with an online search, hoping we picked a good one. We did.
