The other doc was abrupt and impatient and he didn't want me to ask any questions. His demeanor indicated that he just wanted to check my eyes and get on to his next patient. Afterwards, I felt like I'd been on an eye assembly line! Next!!! For this visit, Dr. Reeves came in, looked at my "chart" and looked at my eyes and he talked. He patiently answered all of my questions. He also took the time to discuss a genetic eye disease that I just found out that I have. From beginning to end, I was treated like a special patient and when I left the clinic I was totally at peace with the care I'd just received. I've already recommended Dr Reeves to a friend, who's already made an appointment to see him. My eyesight is very important to me, as is my time and the specialist care I need to keep my eyes healthy. I highly recommend Dr. Reeves.

Yes I have missed an appointment and I get chaged 36 bucks! I have had to wait long periods of time, and when it comes to paying the bill - they make it very difficult to do so as their on-line payment portal never seems to work correctly. I'm definintely going to hope I can find a different place to go to.

After tha in a separate waiting room waiting another 2 hours to have his eyes measured. This is ridiculous, if only people cared about their patients. wont be getting surgery done here or anything

I have diabetes and my eyes are deteriorating with out these elite professionals working on me I would likely be blind by now!
