Then, "By eve". Then, "Tomorrow morning." There's only so many times you can promise and NOT deliver. Also, they were SURE, it was the left tire...ball bearings. Right side? It's fine. I spoke to the owner, and he asked me to give them another chance. TWO WEEKS LATER, I go back for the same issue. Guess what it is? The RIGHT tire. The tire they claimed two weeks ago was, "Just fine". And, on top of that, even though they told me to bring it in that day before close, and they'd fix it next morning, they now tell me, "Can't get to it for another 5 DAYS." And, the owner's son feels the need to confront me on me talking to his father (owner) two weeks ago...which I had done quietly and respectfully at the time., The son feels the need to use multiple excuses, and when he finally admits a "mistake" was made, he brushes it off like it is NO big deal at all. And, he tells me directly, he "does not want to be tied to this vehicle". His exact words. That's code language for, "go somewhere else". Instead of waiting the 5 days, I do. I immediately go to Kingstree Tire and Service. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Respectful. Keeps promises, to call and to fix it. Fixes it 90 minutes AHEAD of schedule. Clearly, there IS a huge difference between different businesses. Some want it, and some don't give a damn. Some want to make a good impression; some do not care. Kingstree Tire and Service gets my business going forward. And snice I just moved into town, guess how the conversations are going to go, when I bring up the two shops? It always amazes me how people do not give a damn, until the customer is pissed and writes a bad review. They KNOW this is coming...and now...watch them defend themselves with nonsense. TOO LATE, GUYS. The time to act was WHEN YOU HAD MY TRUCK. Not NOW. TOO LATE.

There was a clear agreement regarding compensation for services rendered, and we upheld our end of that agreement. Payment methods and branding were discussed between both parties, and at no point were concerns formally raised or resolved before payment was withheld. If there were issues or misunderstandings, we were and still are open to addressing them professionally. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, our calls and emails went unanswered, and the agreed-upon payment was not made. We would prefer to resolve this directly and professionally rather than through public comments.

I parked on the grass at a completely overcrowded youth baseball tournament in Florence, SC -- along with dozens of other cars -- because there was zero overflow parking or direction from the city or event staff. Next thing I know, a tow truck is already hooked to my car and demanding $150 via Cash App -- not a card, not a receipt, just some sketchy personal payment. No paperwork, no business info, no nothing. It was clearly a setup to squeeze money out of families just trying to support their kids. They weren't enforcing rules -- they were waiting like vultures. This was predatory, unprofessional, and shady as hell. If the city hired them, they should be ashamed. If not, this company needs to be investigated.
