Fresh and tasty! I love the new look of the Muskego Culver's. The food is consistently good and orders are accurate. I'm writing this review to recognize Chris and Aubrey. I went through the drive through twice in one night and I think there was something going on in Muskego- lots of families head to Culver's after sports or concerts and the owners are always doing donation nights for the library or other charities. The place was packed at four and a little after seven, but Chris and Aubrey were at the drive through and they couldn't have been nicer. They were completely polite and professional and I can honestly say I left that drive through feeling better than when I arrived. read more

It took an hour and 20 minutes to go through their drive through to get a chicken sandwich basket and a kid's chicken strip meal. That's egregious. This location is so poorly run it is besmirching the Culver's chain in general. I'll go back to Culver's but never to this particularly poorly run location. read more

Best Burger in the Nation.........PERIOD. I moved here to Wisconsin five years ago and always crave the In-N-Out Burger. I saw the survey results the other day on TV which gave the Title of best burger to Culver's over In n Out. I've been through the drive-through several times the last five years and I always felt like everything I ordered was very good But still gave the W to In n Out. Well today I decided to actually enter the restaurant because I think the pressure of the car behind me and the complexity of the menu never really allowed me to get the burger the way I want it. I was greeted by who I think has the manager maybe even Owner who walked me through the menu. I ended up ordering the double deluxe with extra pickles. This burger is exactly like the double double That I have been ordering at in and out for years. The price seems slightly higher than it would be at in and out for the same combo meal. I will say that the double deluxe a culvers filled me up and was difficult to finish. The double double at in and out always seems to be just a little short in satisfying my Hunger. The burger just melted in my mouth and was juicy fresh with melted cheese and a grilled bun. All the condiments were super cold and the iceberg delivered a crazy crisp crunch. This is now my favorite burger in the Nation And I must say the customer service is amazing. Culver's Won Me Overs....... read more

This is only for this New Berlin location!! I love Culvers!!! If I could give - * I would! What kind of restaurant closes early to give employees a holiday party? Ok I get it you're a Franchise but you just lost a party of 14 with out of town guests. The very least you could have done was list on website you were closing early! We live much closer to two other Culver's but came to your location need on flavor of the day. Will not go back ever!!! read more

They haven't changed much. Still not liking their menu boards in the restaurant - they don't list everything they will prepare for you.

Yet again my order was some how screwed up. 0 stars. But that's not possible. I have about a 10 min ride home from the restaurant. But when I have been going to the same Culver's for almost 3 years and haven't had issues with my order up to the last year or so. I have an allergy to tomatoes. I don't think it's to hard when a customer states no tomato on their sandwich you don't put tomato on it. So yet again I drive to get food because it was a long day/week packing and didn't feel like cooking. My order is screwed up and to top it all off I can't even eat my meal. Will never return to this Culver's again. I would rather drive the half hour to mukwonago to get food. At least I know it will be right and I will be able to eat it. Service is always awesome. But my order always being wrong not acceptable. read more

For a fast food place, this place is pretty good. I like their burgers, sundaes, & some of their salads. Even like their fish fry but not their cole slaw or buns so doesn't pay to buy & throw most of it away. Service is fast and staff courteous. I usually use drive thru but when I eat inside it's always been clean. So for a quick meal at good price, this is good place to go. read more

This is a decent Culver's.... But why is the flavor of the day always turtle or caramel cashew?! Change it up.

I am visiting my 70 yo parents and stopped by today hopping to get food at the drive thru for my parents and children. I was very disappointed to see staff, including the young man at the drive thru window not wearing masks. I worry both for both staff and customers that this will allow spread of covid-19 in this community. I do not feel comfortable purchasing food from a restaurant that is not engaging in basic safety recommendations. It's very disappointing. read more

Culver's is refusing to accommodate walk up customers. Other Culver's in the area are accommodating walk up orders. All manager could say was have a nice day. read more

I had just gotten out of the Doctor's office after fasting for what seemed like eternity and I was famished! My Dad was with me and he, always, has a yearning for frozen custard so we decided to hit Culver's. It was right there within eyeshot anyway!! We were lucky and got there just before the lunch rush began so the lines were moderate... we watched them grow while we were eating. I ordered the mushroom and swiss burger and, as always, it was awesome! Good and sloppy and juicy! I wish it had had a little more of the mushroom gravy but I know to ask for it next time. My Dad ordered something that resembled an old fashioned patty melt. I think it's called the "American..." something or other! Man did that smell good!! The rye bread looked grilled to perfection! Onions sautéed just right!! Then it came time for custard before hitting the road! The flavor of the day was Oreo Cookie but this was just a little different. At other places the custard is normally vanilla but here it was either a light chocolate or mocha... couldn't really distinguish clearly which. Either way it was delicious!! I also give Culver's credit for non-discrimination in their hiring practices. The woman behind the counter was obviously a retiree, I'd guess in her 70s. Was she a character!! You know how Grandma tells you your too skinny and wants to feed you? Well that was this lady! She's leaning with one elbow on the cash register suggesting this and that! She had just a little tone of snarkiness and sarcasm but not enough to be rude or offensive! A bunch of guys who looked to be involved in the construction industry came in after us and, boy, did they just "eat her up"! Not that she knew them by name but I got the impression that they'd been in before!! There was also two young men on this shift who appeared to be "challenged" but they also were friendly and, as far as I was concerned, did a fantastic job with customer service and the cleaning duties! Seems like lately, Culver's workers can never get your order right...the kids working here have one job and they always fudge up the order. Very disapointing. I asked for a cheese burger kids meal with ketchup and fried onions and the worker asked me if I want cheese on me cheesburger. The end result... a cheese burger with ketchup and pickles instead of fried onions. read more

My son Michael Madia waited 20 minutes for a kid's meal. He had just gotten out of soccer practice and hadn't eaten since lunch at school that day, so he was very crabby. AND there were too many pickles on his burger. Sad! read more

I love Culver's, but this location has terrible service. We arrived at the drive thru and were told that the drive thru is not taking orders, but the car immediately behind us is taken care of. We went in to discuss it with the manager, but she only had excuses. I feel that if I am going to be turned away from one long line into another long line they could at least apologize for poor service. The manager did offer to bring us to the front of the line, but we felt it would be rude because other people have also been waiting. read more

My family and I always take a quick stop at Culver's when we have the chance. The food is always piping hot when we order it and is always delivered within reason. The short wait for your order is worth it for the delicious food. read more

This location used to be good a few years back. But its service and physical plant has fallen by the wayside. Although some of the best staff deliver the food to your car, the team inside tend to not listen and confirm orders properly when an order is being taken. You can get an "is that it drive around" Sometimes this is due to the fact they can not hear through the speaker. They get your orders wrong so often that you just don't go any more, I have now stopped after 7 years of going. They have potholes by the speaker all the way to the window. Some staff are a bit snobbish and have other attitudes. It used to be friendly and unique. Now its less than your local McDonalds. I will drop 300-400 a month elsewhere, after suffering multiple, consecutive incomplete and wrong orders. Many times they don't have all the accompanying items in the bags. You pay a premium at Culvers, you should get premium results. Hales Corners location is better. read more

The Muskego, WI Culver's used to be good. They over cook the burgers, so they are almost like hockey pucks, the chicken is over cooked in dirty, dirty grease, would be nice if they changed the grease once a day, or at least sometimes. Food should be fresh and tasty, but the staff doesn't care, and the owner, apparently doesn't care either. The burgers are supposed to be BUTTER burgers, but at this Culvers, they always forget to put the butter on. The buns are toasted soooo much they are almost croutons. This comes from several different disappointing eating experiences there. I've tried to give them 2nd, 3rd, 4th .... etc. chances to see if any of their food is good. Muskego is limited in restaurants, and it is sad when McDonald's has better food then Culvers. I'm a retired restaurant owner/manager. I owned/managed restaurants for 14+ years, so I do know what quality is. If the owner reads this, please reappraise your restaurant and put some staff in that cares about the quality of the product you are selling. read more
