We will never come back to this location again. MULTIPLE issues…read more 1. First thing I ordered was an adult sized cheese quesadilla for my 8 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, who was with me. Employee told me he couldn't make an adult size, only a kid size. I said, no, I want an adult size because the kid size isn't enough for my daughter. Employee said it's an online order only. I asked why? That's ridiculous! Employee said there is a line and it takes too long. I stated that that was what my child wanted. Employee eventually got the manager and manager stated the same thing. I said the quesadilla could have been done by now while we've been arguing. She said I needed to go to back of line and order online the quesadilla. I said I want additional items, put the quesadilla on the griddle please and move on. The employee at the cash register said I had to move down to order the quesadilla. I didn't move and again I loudly stated I needed an adult cheese quesadilla FOR MY CHILD. So employee finally put one on the griddle and I ordered two burrito bowls to go. I did NOT yell, I was NOT mean. I was firm and clear. My child was hungry and that's what she liked, so of course that's what I'm getting for her. When paying, I asked employee how long this policy had been in effect and she said since she had been there, so at least a year. I said we had been to a Chipotle a month or so ago and had zero issue and she said it varies by location. Again, ridiculous. Train your employees to multi-task. You should have a timer to go off when it's done so they can come back to it. They don't have to stand there babysitting it. 2. They were out of fajita veggies, the lettuce was drowning in water, and they were out of unsweet tea which my husband only drinks due to no sugar. I asked an employee if they had any unsweet tea and he said no, the tea canister has been leaking and we are out. He flipped the spout and it dripped. There was a huge puddle of tea underneath. 3. The restaurant was filthy. Tables were dirty, floor was dirty, trash was full. 4. To top it off, our food wasn't even good! Bland & cold. EXTREMELY disappointed. My husband and I have been customers since probably 2012 when I was in college.

If I could give this place -2 stars I would…read more I came in, ordered a steak and cheese wrap. the first "sandwich artist" dumps the cold steak in the wrap, puts the cheese on and i said "I don't want the wrap heated".. he said "Oh you want this heated?" takes the meat and cheese and places it in a tray and heats it. no problem. he slides the wrap with the leftover cold beef crumbs and juice over to the employee who will put the toppings on. that employee asks what I want. They were out of small hamburger patties, so we couldn't order a small burger, only a large one. They were also out of several other meals, according to a paper sign someone taped to the drive-thru menu. They also didn't give us any utensils, even though we ordered chili fries, which requires a fork to eat. You're not visiting Rally's because of the attention to culinary detail, so all of these issues are what they are, I suppose. But we still left disappointed.

I typically get an Arnie Junior with their housemade blue cheese dressing. It is not your typical blue cheese. I promise you will like it. Today, I decided to get a crustless pizza. This was a very good option. They bake it in a pan and the cheese is perfectly Melted and crusted along the edge of the pan. Come and sit down a spell and have some good comfort food. The booths along the edge are a little broken down in the seats. This place has been well loved with lots of visitors.
