The owner has a very rude & unprofessional attitude as many witnessed at this event we should have listened to other customers from previous situations who told us we would not be happy with her attitude. But she was very nice while you signing her contract & writing her a check. I was told by a customer when they were in the store how the owner was publicly talking down about the person who hired her. I wish we could have known about that before the event because we would have not chosen them. I was very displeased & shocked of what we received. We tried to talk with her she was unwilling to even hear what we had to say about anything how the brides bouquet ribbon was soaked with water where she couldn't ever walk down the isle with it. After the event she refused to sit down & talk about any of what happen to try to somehow make it right with us as customers. So I guess it is always best to check out business reviews & word of mouth if you are wanting to hire someone for a very huge event & have paid lots of money because Your day could get Ruined!

I just pulled up his online info to give to a friend & saw a review from an unhappy customer. I HATE that Ron Y. was disappointed w/his order, but FYI...NEVER order thru Proflowers, FTD, etc. as they just take more $ from the you, the consumer. All they do is contact a local florist to make the arrangement that you see a picture of on their website at a lower price. That's where you can run into problems like you had w/a swapped container, which if the local florist doesn't have the exact container/vase OR flowers they do have the right to substitute a similar item. ALWAYS call a local florist or have someone you know recommend one...I too have ordered online & have learned my lesson.

He had substituted a gathering vase for the hurricane vase that was featured in the picture of the arrangement which I believe changed the appearance and the appeal of the arrangement. Scott stated that he was allowed to make the vase substitution and said that the arrangement contained all of the required flowers. Gathering the flowers tightly in the gathering vase rather than using a hurricane vase did not allow the flowers to expand and have the mounding effect shown in the photo of the arrangement. Scott took a defensive position through the entire conversation and did not seem to care about customer satisfaction. I will not use his services again.

Over the last week my child was struggling with bedtime and I went in as a last resort to try and find a particular item. Upon entering, no one greeted me. The young girl who finally appeared was rude and abrasive. She was not friendly. When I asked for said item, she became snarky. She pointed them out and then disappeared. When I went to the counter to purchase the expensive item, I was met with even more rudeness. Another young girl appeared behind the counter and never spoke. The previous girl was on my side of the counter stocking and made no effort to move aside so I could pay. She said something under her breathe and they both giggled. The girl checking me out never said a word other than my total. The whole transaction was so icy, that I almost put my purchase back and left. Once the transaction was complete she handed me my bag, again without any time of goodbye as I walked out. I will NEVER go back to spend those amounts of money and be treated that way.
