She curated a Caribbean inspired menu that was so thoughtful. We began with papas rellenas, perfectly crisped potato croquettes stuffed with beautifully seasoned curried lamb. They were so flavorful. Next was a vibrant Caribbean salad with leafy greens, dried tropical fruit, prawns, and a delicious honey-lime dressing. It was fresh, bright, and perfectly balanced. For the main course, she served jerk cornish hens with rice & peas and mixed vegetables. The flavors were incredible!!! To end the evening, we enjoyed a refreshing dragon fruit and mango sorbet that was the perfect ending. May I also add that Chef Livi was incredibly accommodating, thoughtfully adjusting dishes for allergies and preparing a beautiful vegan substitute for one of my friends without compromising flavor or presentation.
