We were under the impression we were going to have to put Jasper down yesterday afternoon. Instead, Dr Medina explained a few other options. Jasper received meds and fluids, and we took him home with us last night. Dr Medina and Kyle with both wonderful to us, compassionate and understanding to our situation. We get our dogs teeth cleaned every 6 months with a mobile pet dental company for $200. We originally got a quote for a dental cleaning at this clinic & they quoted us $2000 for ONE DOG. Are you kidding me? She started berating us for getting the dogs teeth cleaned somewhere else. And then she was just very unpleasant to deal with the remainder of the visit. We will continue with this clinic but we refuse to have this horrible person in charge of our beloved pets health & care.
