The burger is juicy. The sauce is amazing. The onion straws crunchy. The diced up bacon delicious. And a sturdy bun to hold it all together. I could go on and on. We also had cheese curds and a grilled chicken sandwich. All really good. The restaurant and bar is small with eclectic decor. A friendly vibe. They have a big outdoor area. Super friendly service. I make French onion soup and judge restaurants by their French onion soup. The soup wasn't half bad but that's it. Don't even bother throwing a lawn dart up in the air and closing your eyes. Your chances of getting sick are higher than your chances of getting hit. Coming from a Sous chef myself they didn't chill the soup down or store it correctly. Major rookie mistake if they can't store soup right, what else are they doing wrong back in the kitchen?
