Such a beautiful spot hidden behind the narrow door you initially walk through. We committed to ordering nothing familiar and liked just about everything served. The roast was a bit on the vinegar side for me, personally. But someone else may like it. As far as some reviews saying the service is slow, I tend to disagree. Perhaps it was just our experience, but service was on par with the slower dining practices nearby. If ever I return to Maastricht, I will return.
