Die Burgstuben Residenz von Rainer Hensen gehört mit Sicherheit zu den besten Restaurants in Deutschland. Gut für uns dass das Restaurant entlegen ist und man nicht wochenlang um einen Platz anstehen muss. War dort schon einige Male alleine und mit Freunden und jedesmal konnten wir wahre Köstlichkeiten geniessen. Rainer Hensen ist dennoch normal geblieben als Koch und als Mensch, man bekommt Gerichte aus biologischer Herkunft mit Geduld und Können zu Köstlichkeiten verarbeitet. Das Duroc Schwein 2 Tage gebraten ist ein Geschmacks-Gedicht. Personal ist zuvorkommend und fachkundig. Weinkarte: top und überrachsend wie der einzigartige BioRotwein aus Mallorca ein Knaller.
