Went back to the store today, because the Refund policy on the receipt states "No Refunds". Exchanges only in the first 24 hours. They would not honor the stated policy, would not allow me to speak to a manager because "she is working her other job" and would not give me the phone number to reach corporate customer service. Policy stated NOTHING about used products be ineligible for return! Wasted $50 after spending HUNDREDS in that store over the last few years!

Like bruh you should've know it was defective before you charged me $150 for it?! That's like buying a pair of shoes putting it on and it falls apart. And the store says well you should've known it was defective before you put it on Bad business practice to sell defective products it's illegal in America you sweaty baljeet This place looks like they buy low quality cheap products online from Ali Express and markup it high. Once it breaks after 1 use they tell you to get lost. Not to mention zero "No Refund or No Exchange signs" in the store. This is illegal business practices - lawsuit coming baljeet #plano #dallas #fraud
