Rich used his incredible creativity to design and build the roof to look like it came as a part of our original house. You cannot tell it is an add-on 17 years after our home was built. It perfectly blends in with the original home and yet it is brand new. We had some unique and challenging requests in what we wanted and Rich's energy and creativity was able to pull it off, just liked we hoped. It came out perfect. I don't know how Rich and his team could have done any better and he kept it all within his original quote, even though he did incur some unexpected expenses. We volunteered to cover some of those extra expenses, because they were not his fault, but he would not let us. If you want someone with so much experience and knowledge and skill and creativity and honesty and transparent communication skills - you better call Rich. Thank you Rich! We will enjoy the fruit of your labor the rest of our lives. Gene

Low quality, or should I say "rough" construction on fine tuning details that left us puzzled. Never the same workers and we could over hear their conversations at times which made it more embarrassing. I question the background checks on these workers and if some are even legal? His estimates are lower than everyone's else, but you honestly get what you pay for these days.

Was having some drips coming out under the eaves and inside the house. Mixteriors had done a great…read morejob of replacing the roof a few years ago, so I called them. Wes came out to look at things to see what I needed. He checked the roof area of the "leak" and confirmed it was not soft. He then described that the behavior was very similar to an "ice dam" and he clearly educated me on how that can be remedied. Here is what is awesome. He, like I, thought it was odd that this would happen after 20+ years, so he thought a bit and checked the attic. He found that i had a gap in the pipes up there which was causing hot air to build up inside the attic which is likely what caused the ice dam! I had that fixed over the weekend, so once we get more snow, i'll be able to confirm that that solved the issue. So, my review is "Trust". He could have gouged me and told me the roof was soft and needed to be replaced. He also could have said that i need cables for the ice dam. But Wes kept on it to identify the actual problem. Call them.
