I dont fully understand what exactly to think of this company. My experience thus far... after dealing with them for 3+ years trying to get taxes in order... weve been transferred to more than 6 different reps, emails being returned due to invalid email addresses, were getting TEXT messages from someone that works there with "instructions" on things to do, we try to call and it goes straight to voicemail, we email and dont get a response until we email them 4 or 5 more times asking for updates, we paid in full 2 years ago and it doesnt seem that they have done much at all, the website has changed numerous times, and the email address have changes more than 6 times! example xxxxxx@creativetaxsoultions.com, then xxxxxx@taxsolutions.com then about 4 or more different ones. read more
