I have used Scott at Vault for my taxes for 10 years. After working with him, I will not trust my money with anybody else! He really takes the time to explain everything to ensure that I'm comfortable with everything, and he really does an excellent job with maximizing my tax deductions. I have referred my whole family and numerous friends to Scott. He will work with you no matter what state you live in. It's so simple and efficient. You can feel 110% confident that your taxes will be in good hands with Scott. read more

When I moved down to Palm Beach Gardens back in 2010 I did not know who to turn to for taxes. Based on the recommendation of my friend, I reached out to Mr. Shrader. I instantly had a good vibe about him and I have been working with him ever since. It's not easy to just trust someone with advising you on financial matters. I trust Scott and he has always made me feel very comfortable with our business relationship. He is never pushy, always relaxed and always professional. He does my mom and my sisters taxes and he always returns my phone calls promptly. Do not hesitate to give Mr Shrader a call. read more

I went to Vault Financial because I needed help with complicated corporate and personal tax returns. Scott's comprehensive knowledge of tax law and all of the necessary forms made it simple for me. His attention to detail was extremely impressive and he took the time to undercover helpful information for my return. Additionally, he discovered beneficial adjustments that I could make on previous returns that had been completed by a different firm. I also appreciated the way that he was able explain everything that he was doing on my behalf in language that I could understand. I would highly recommend Vault Financial!!! read more

These people were so great I had to hop on for a quick review! It's rare that you meet people who are genuinely kind, with a genuine interest in helping you and passion for their job. I had just lost my job 2 hours prior to our appointment, and wasn't in a great place- just wanted to get the taxes over with. They actually gave me networking advice on how to meet other people in the area, and really lifted my spirits. It put me in a good mood despite everything else for the rest of the day. They will go above and beyond to answer any tax questions and get you the best returns possible. Happy to have found them, and won't go anywhere else as long as I live in the area! read more

Awesome guy Scott Shrader did my taxes for me last week quoted me one price kept loyal to it didn't change nothing up on me, two weeks prior I almost filed with Jackson Hewitt but they were about to charge me an extra $300 because I had an out of state license saying that I wouldn't have gotten any money back if I didn't change it, so instead of finishing with them I told them to delete everything and I found Vault private management tax advisors and Scott ended up getting me 3 times the amount back then what Jackson Hewitt was while not pulling any hidden fees! If you haven't done your taxes go to him or if you're looking for a new place for next years definitely use this guy! read more

I drove uninsured for an entire week without knowing. I only discovered the cancellation when I logged into their website days later. The next day she reinstated my policy without my consent, thinking that's what I wanted. When I told her I didn't want it reinstated ( already had new insurance policy with other company ) and just wanted an explanation, she said she couldn't cancel the policy AGAIN until I provided proof of new insurance. This was extremely unprofessional and poor customer service.
