It's not my fault you did not sign your check to me for the remaining $720.08. I asked you to get my son back into play therapy. I spent my spare hours: writing emails, and referring to Our Family Wizard, and working on a draft of an agreement, and juggling my son running away. I put my heart into this because I care about the wellbeing of my child. So, NOTHING was accomplished! You decided to withdraw after I had spent $6000! My son still can't go back to play therapy. NOTHING was settled or decided. I put in all this work and time as a single mom, and all this money... for nothing. I hope you can look my son in the eyes today & tell him you failed him.

One star. Wish I could give ZERO! I hired this company for a…read morecommercial cleaning job at my clinic and another building, and the experience was deeply disappointing. Despite being told the job was "under control," the spaces were left in unacceptable condition: * Floors were filthy, untouched by even basic spot cleaning or mopping. * Bathrooms and kitchen/lounge areas were clearly not cleaned, with dirty tables and unswept floors. * Only the trash was taken out--the bare minimum. My teenage child has cleaned this same space more thoroughly and professionally in the past. When I brought up these concerns, instead of acknowledging the poor work, the owner refused to return the building key cards unless paid in full for a job that was clearly not done. I have photos and security footage backing up my claims. This level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty is unacceptable--especially when someone's business and reputation are on the line. If you care about quality, integrity, and basic accountability, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I noticed the online page is quick and simple. Nice to see an evolution there, but it did take nearly two weeks waiting for responses and having to make minor changes before I received the completed one hundred prints which seems overly long. The prices have really gone insane as well and will be trying to print myself next year given the two other local print shop costs we ended up with these past years. I'm still glad and can recommend Instant Copy, however for the basic budget and simple needs at these prices, am now motivated to attempt our printing ourselves since my Canon color LaserJet printer was not even double the cost of what we spent here!
