These problems included having to call four days in succession before this company was able to provide us with a rate quote so that we could lock the interest rate. We found them to be disorganized and not up to speed on the issues relating to our loan, especially the closing dates and managing the necessary documents so the closing could be done on time. After missing two closing dates, we finally ended up paying cash at the third closing, when we were asked to provide documentation that was impossible for us to obtain at 5:00 p.m.. Had this information been requested at any time prior to being at the closing table, it would easily have been forthcoming. Our recommendation, from our personal experience, is to find another company to work with.
