I had made a last min appt change from Tuesday and Thursday and they were very accommodating. Back to the point, my lash technician was Melanie and I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered! My lashes feel light, they aren't clumpy and are most def not droopy! Melanie made an hour and 45 mins go by Sooo quickly! Lashes can be pricey but I thought their regular price was actually adorable esp given the area. They run sales on lash service so go and try them out! I bought the terry cloth spa head band I walk in there intending to buy and ended up buying an additional 23 items that were on clearance at exceptional pricing and she literally helped me find every singe section of the store where the items were marked down. I am so happy I stopped in there tonight and love buying locally to guarantee that these stores will be around for me to buy stuff from in the future. I had not a single second where I felt unwelcome and I just love this Sally's Beauty Supply!

I and several other people walking into the store did not receive that from either of the three workers standing up talking about a customer who called the store(negatively). Not only, when I am standing at the register to check out, they take their time. Myself and an elderly man was standing at the register while one employee was speaking with a customer that she obviously personally knew. Seriously, take that conversation on your own time, never leave the hard working elderly waiting at the counter while your having a personal conversation. Patience and respect! We have been going to this location for a while and this last visit will be my last. While my hair turned out okay, (The manager did it) the older, white, blonde lady totally butchered my daughter's hair, the manager tried to fix it, but honestly, it was beyond help. The manager apologized but still tried to find excuses on why her stylist did such a horrendous job. My daughter cried the whole way home. She's so ashamed of her hair. Not only was I still charged for my daughters hair, but they also added on additional charges for my mothers hair that did NOT pertain to her hair, Her hair was above the shoulder and very thin, (she had her thyroid removed and its caused her a lot of hair loss and thinning) They charged for "extra thick" and "below the shoulder" length. For the first time ever, I did not tip. I will be looking for another hair salon.
