The convenience of online booking is great I have seen Vy (Ivy) a few times and she is beyond fantastic. If you were looking for something simple or something with beautiful designs, she is definitely a great pic! She is beyond friendly and really cares about doing a great job. The salon is extremely clean, comfortable, and a very relaxing vibe! Highly recommend checking this place out. I do feel like it's a bit on the pricey side, but your nails hold up for so long! It is definitely a nice treat if you are looking for something great!

3 of us went to get manicures and 2 pedicures. I would say this place is a bit nicer than the old…read morelocation and the lady and man there are nice people but overall I felt rushed like I was on an assembly line. The pedicure was $40 and was half way done. Very rushed no massage, after filing the bottoms of my feet briefly she just scratched up and down my legs for a bit then put hot towels. It was so fast and not thorough at all. Didn't even clean under my nails. Not bad polish job just not relaxing at all. She came over and trimmed and filed my hand nails while I was in the pedicure chair then moved me to a manicure chair. The manicure with gel polish was $30. She had me soak my fingers for a couple minutes, she put cuticle oil then cut cuticles off and buffed nails. Had me wash my hands then started polish. No lotion, no massage. I basically paid $30 for her to do a polish job. There were only 2 people there, this was a Saturday morning. It was obvious that they were rushing through all of our services. To top it all off there is TV sound piped throughout the place so we had the pleasure of listening to Swamp People catching snakes the whole time we were there... I was very frustrated and underwhelmed. Everything is very expensive now, doing nails is a luxury for most of us. If the service doesn't seem worth the expense you all will lose business. I suggest you slow down and take some time to provide a peaceful experience and not chaos. And for goodness sake put something relaxing on the TV/speakers!
