Neal was able to contact me as soon as I messaged him. He was able to visit my house, provided a reasonable estimate and scheduled a service. However, the leveling never happened because the work crew did not follow thru & the sod was laid over the rough terrain. When I made him aware, a few weeks later, he marked the areas & promised to fix all of them. About 6 weeks later nothing has been done & he will not return my calls. So BUYER BEWARE!! I have grass but the yard is a HAZARD to walk in because of the many holes & low places.
