The people that always draw the blood are always very professional and usually don't hurt me. There's only been one time, but since then, it's been painless. Also, did you know that after giving a certain amount of blood (accruing points ) you can earn a James Avery charm ?! I didn't ! But when I went onto my account to see what prizes to choose from, I was able to get my charm ! Overall, I'm always about helping my fellow humans - especially those in the hospital needing blood that I am able to provide - no problem count me in !

I've had 3 OB's there (only switched due to retirement) and they've all been amazing. Even the doctors on call that I hadnt met before that were on call during my deliveries had amazing bedside manner. Their NP's that work with the OBGYN's are the sweetest so if you have an appointment with them don't be discouraged! You will love them! Great office staff at both locations as well. My daughter drove me to Prestige Emergency Room on Nacogdoches. Dr Larrington was extremely helpful and ordered the CT's and labs. He convinced me I needed to go to the hospital, which I'm so glad he did, as I progress in my symptoms of a small stroke and meningitis. Dr Larrington had me wait in the comfort of Prestige until my hospital room was ready and an ambulance would transport me. And again, reassuring me it was covered. On the day of my 8 am appointment, there was just one female receptionist up front. She seemed very…read moremechanical. When I was paying for the patient portion of my services, I asked for an itemized receipt for HSA reimbursement purposes. She flatly told me that the price quote estimate I had received prior to coming in for my appointment was my itemized receipt. However, I pointed out to her that what had been given to me was just a price quote estimate, and not proof of my payment since that estimate was given to me before I came in on my appointment day. She grudgingly gave me a receipt and asked me to have a seat in the lobby. I already thought it was kind of funny that she didn't ask for the mammogram and the breast ultrasound copies I had brought with me, based on pre-visit instructions. It was only the really friendly mammogram tech who asked for the mammogran and breast ultrasound paper orders after she received me in, when it really should have been the front desk receptionist. Both the mammogram tech and the breast ultrasound tech were super friendly, courteous and made me feel welcome. I would give them 5 out of 5 for exceptional patient care :) ! However, the front desk reception wasn't too impressive that particular day :( . I would give the front desk reception more like a 3 out of 5. I also think it might be much more efficient, and it would make more sense, for mammogram and breast ultrasound orders to be scanned or faxed directly to the STRIC imaging facility. This was how my previous STRIC imaging center in the San Antonio Medical Center district handled orders from my OB/Gyn, and also how Baptist Imaging in Westover Hills handled orders as well when I used to go to them.

Doctors, nurses, med tech, pharmacists, you name it! Everyone is happy to be here, smiling, making sure you are comfortable and taken care of. We've seen Dr. Bahadorani as the primary doctor because my husband has diabetic retinopathy. We've seen Dr. Chu also for suspected glaucoma (I think lol), but he didn't have it, thank goodness. And it is always clean in there! Dr. Bahadorani is so nice, and they listen! If you or anyone you know is diabetic, I highly recommend coming here. My Mom passed away eventually on March 14th, 2022 not because of natural causes but because of Dr…read more Ishan Adhikari's ignorance, carelessness, and negligence. she went in for a neurological test. I failed to review any doctor at the time because it never crossed my mind to do so but now i wish i did. my mom was able to drive, walk, and handle almost everything on her own but still would need help. I had no reason to doubt him the first time we saw him so i let him take my mom her test and trusted him with her life while i was working on my laptop. i didnt realize that he had a history of incompetence. she was misdiagnosed with ALS by another doctor and he fried her muscles with his neurological wires by shocker her too long and too hard. her muscles didnt shut down immediately but over time. before she was shocked to death she was able to drive, had her own cane, her own walker, and her own wheelchair as well as assistance from myself. after she was shocked to death she was bed and wheelchair ridden and since she wasnt able to move as much as she needed she started developing severe scarring and bed sores. i tried as much as i could to help her with store bought medical supplies because we couldnt afford the medical bill and the store bought supplies was working but the bed she was sleeping on had bed springs that tore up her back and behind so she needed a new mattress. the family got her another one but the same problem kept occurring so she needed a memory foam mattress. it cost $800. we couldnt afford to buy the mattress. she would go to the bathroom on herself and wouldnt wait for me to bring her to the bathroom and would go on her wounds. her back and behind was in horrible condition because we couldnt afford anything including being able to pay for her funeral without help and the family didnt want to help pay for whatever reasons. she eventually died a slow horrible death in the worst way possible including going to bathroom on herself and it is all because of Dr. Adhikari who himself would eventually get fired or quit his job because of problems he created with other people. after she died i hugged her one last time and she vomited jet black vomit and her fingers started turning people. she died in her sleep with her eyes halfway open and her mouth open around 3 or 4 in the morning because she couldnt take the amount of damage she had sustained from the bed anymore. Rest in Peace Mom. I love you forever. im sorry for everything you had to go through because of him.
