I had a really good experience at CSL Plasma. The facility was clean, organized, and the process was explained clearly, which made everything feel way less stressful. The staff was professional and efficient, the only thing was the wait time, it's time consuming to go as a first timer so it's best to go in the morning but after you finish your first donation it's pretty quick from then on. I especially want to shout out Darrien, he was super helpful, patient, and friendly. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained what he was doing, which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his job and the donors. Overall, great experience and great customer service. This is the place to donate plasma. The staff are way more connected to the donors than ALL the other plasma donor centers. The nurses that do a mini-physical are so kind and attentive. You may learn a thing or two about your health. 100% Recommend. Wait times can be painful, but....they have a front of the line pass that will make it worth your 2-4hr initial investment of time to get set up as a plasma donor. Make sure to have something to eat before you come in OR they may send you out to get something in your belly. Love this place!!! read more

This place is just amazing.... The staff are kind and easy to talk to... they have a great security staff and the payments you get from helping to save lives is amazing.... The process is short as long as their isn't a line there at the time But the best part is the management...one day I left my IWATCh there and a janitor stole it... A manager named Milton took time out of his day to check the camera footage and got me my IWATCH back I will be forever grateful to Milton for that and his kindness and understanding during that process, he could have dismissed what I said as conjecture but he really listened and found what I was looking for ... There is no need for appointment for donators. We get paid by weight. Usually if you're about 170 lbs+ you get about $47 the 1st donation, then $55 the 2nd donation of the week. If you are less than 160lbs I think you get like $35 1st donation, then $45 2nd donation. If you are 200lbs+ you get about 50 the 1st donation, then $60 the 2nd donation of the week. New donators get $100 1st donation, $200 2nd donation until the 5th donation. The place is clean, the nurses and staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The nurse David is awesome and the phlebotomists Lisa Kim and Jasmine, Maria, are polite and awesome at their job. Nothing but positive experiences. I've been donating for over 8 months now. Went in here to donate for the 1st time to check it out. Staff just walking around being lazy. 2 women walked the same steps 3 times while just chit chatting about last nights drama. Waited over 4 hours to get a physical cause the nurses doing them were taking 1 patient every 75 minutes. Went up several times to ask and got told oh well tou just have to wait. People are eating in here drinking etc. What is going on in this place. The 3 windows that are open arent worried about helping no one else except the people who are returning donors. Its sad that this place is worse than Biolife. Every one who comes in is getting ahead of the 5 people who have been waiting. Horrible horrible. read more

Overall very slow. Attendants have no sense of urgency, often having laughing conversations and chatting making hand gestures at each other rather than working. Many beds are open and empty, primarily because the attendants do not want to manage more than 5 people at any given time. The entire process is so slow, that between my vitals, and getting at down spent a full HOUR waiting in a line, with only 1 person being checked in every 10 or 15 minutes. It's completely ridiculous and disrespectful of people's time. read more

Can't get over the difference in location for friendly, safe staff. Went to the CSL in Riverside on Chicago, and everyone from the front door in were atrocious. So I moved to CSL Rialto. I should have come here first. The staff from the front door in, were happy, and welcoming. They weren't just there for the 8 hours and done, they listened to questions and concerns. I am using my daughter's e-mail address, but my name is Leticia Francis and like you may have already read I have emailed and posted several times regarding this facility and the lack of staffing considering how busy it is. I have donated 24 times at this location since October, when I first started. If you read about Paul McKenzie, who is CEO & Managing Director, clearly states how he feels about this company and his dedication and loyalty to performance of this company. "Our dedicated employees drive our performance by delivering lifesaving and life-improving therapies with an unwavering focus on helping many thousands of people live full lives. Both CSL's Global Leadership Group and Board of Directors recognize and appreciate that commitment to patients, and its role in ultimately enabling us to deliver on our obligations to all of our stakeholders". This is what Mr. McKenzie is said to represent. Yet, if you was to walk into this facilities, that is up under Mr. McKenzie, there is clearly a disconnect. Long story short, this is a facility that is severely understaffed and needs proper management leadership. the staff they do have, for the most part, are doing the best they can. I do feel because of lack of leadership in the office some employees are complacent. With less than a 45% return rate, I believe with stronger leadership in the office and a more professional environment we could increase that number for a product that is so in need. I started this journey in the plasma world, as many of us have done, because money is enticing, and it works. I continue my journey in the plasma world after doing my research and realizing how much plasma is helping people who really, really need it. I donated over 24 times since October when I first started. At this point it is clearly not about the money. A good day I get 60 bucks. Considering it takes me 24 minutes to get there about 24-25 minutes to get home. My flow time is 51 minutes, it comes out to 30 bucks an hour. My Hourly wages as a paralegal is more than that. This is clearly not about money but about humanity. I will post this on every platform out there. I believe there needs to be attention to this situation and addressed. again, staffing is doing the best they can, but certainly needs improvement read more

The employees act as if they are filled with hatred for the donors. The very people who are the reason they have a job. this place used to be nice. The employees were congratulate you because you're doing a good deed right for this gas money that they give you but as of late, the employees at this location are extremely rude and condescending they look down on the people who come here to donate, which is ironic because if the people didn't come here to donate, they would not have a job. Just being inside the building, listening to the employees talk to each other. You realize how much they hate their jobs. How much they hate to have to get up in the morning and come here that's all they talk about. They make a stand outside in the sun now that's new. I don't know what that's about. I hate this place. I hate to leave one star because I have had ONE positive experience here and it was the first time I went. The second time, the phlebotomist had trouble finding my vein, then once she did and I started donating, they immediately pulled me off the machine because they noticed I was starting to bruise, so they sent me home. I went back after the waiting period they gave me for my bruise to heal, then they told me that I couldn't donate that day and that they needed to collect a sample of my blood to test the protein and to call back. Well, the first person to tell me that told me to call back in 7-10 days. Then, the girl that took the sample told me to call in 3-5 days, so I called back in 5. When I called, the THIRD person told me the results would be back in 10-14 days. Soooo, I called yesterday and they told me to come in and talk to a nurse about my protein results. Guess what happens when I get there, after driving down from Lake Arrowhead? They tell me the protein sample had never been sent to the lab to be tested, then asked if I want to do another sample. No, I don't want to give another sample for you to lose that one too, but I would appreciate compensation for all this time, money and gas wasted getting there. I am beyond infuriated with this company, their lack of professionalism and knowledge, and this runaround I have been put through. read more

I've donated at several different plasma centers and this is by far the worst one. I went in last week and they poked my left arm, couldn't get it right so they switched over to my right arm. Now I have a bruise on each arm and I can't donate again until the bruises clear up. The workers need better training in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend coming here; go somewhere else! read more

By telling me I will be here a total of 5 hours saying they are understaffed when there is only 8 potential donors waiting in the waiting area this early morning. This business claims to be more professional or better than the others but it's WORSE! The place has so many doners but not enough machines or beds the regular returning donors have to wait up to 3 to four hours on a regular visit, the staff is horrible always having ugly mad faces with attitudes and can never be friendly and smile, that girl April is worse! Not to mention the managers their they are all goofy men with hidden agendas! Like why are you there if none of you make things better? It's been on going with the attitudes not even the managers smile and act friendly, they got attitudes and mad dog faces like you know you're dealing with people all day the least you can do is smile!
