I was very disappointed with their plumbing contractor, Barr Plumbing. We needed a faucet replaced in the kitchen. I can't use the old one. We requested service and were told we would receive a call back. We got a call back immediately but missed the call. I called back a second later and we were told to call back the next day. I called back the next day and they said they would return my call, but they never did. I called again and they said the person who could schedule services would be back in 2 days. We called back in 2 days and they said someone put the order in wrong at Home Depot. I told her we hadn't had water in the kitchen for 5 days, but she didn't care. My son called Home Depot and we got on the waiting list for a phone call from Barr Plumbing again. They called and said they had the wrong information again. In a very snotty tone. If they had said, "I'm so sorry, Ma'am, this still needs to be corrected" I would have patiently continued to try to solve the problem, but instead she cut me off with rude and provoking intonation and I hung up. I still have no water in the kitchen and it's been over a week now. Maybe something was incorrectly input into the system by Home Depot--it's still a mystery at this point, but it was Barr Plumbing that delayed my installation by taking days and days to respond. I am sad because Home Depot has always been so great to deal with for installation.

I was looking at a good 600 to a grand to buy a decent dryer. We have a nice whirlpool washing machine so it would be nice to find something that matched. We found the perfect match, with Steam Cleaning, for under 300 bucks. It was probably at least a thousand dollar dryer new. We really liked Louie and his wife and their store. They were great to work with and just good honest people. When I posted about my experience on Facebook, several of my friend's piped in about their positive experiences over the years. He said go over there under that sign and someone will help you or just grab a tv off the shelf. I didn't want to just grab a tv, I wanted assistance. I was in the store because I needed help, not because I worked there. Not to mention, I had already been under the sign for almost 1/2 hour. I had questions. I ended up going to my car and placing an order online. It took about 5 mins to get the tv, but I didn't get to ask questions or ensure that I would be happy with the selection. I got absolutely no customer service, and they all seemed like they didn't care about customers or what's going on in a store. You'd think if they see someone for looking around in the same area for 1/2 hour not purchasing, someone might say "May I help you." That never happened. I don't know what the problem is with the employees at this location and I will never, ever consider spending a dime at this particular Best Buy. This store couldn't care less about customers or whether or not they make a sale. As for the TV, I will most likely return it over the weekend. When I think back on my visit to this location. Then he waited while I filled an already-existing oversized access hole behind the dishwasher with copper mesh and spray foam to keep neighborhood pests out! He showed up exactly on time, knew my frig make and model ahead of time, had an arsenal of tools and wore foot booties, investigated the refrigerator thoroughly and gave me a diagnosis and a recommendation. He was at my house about 2 hours and he showed me what was happening with the frig and the problems that were occurring.
