I had limited time and was unsure how to obtain a nice product. From my first call to Inkline through the process of choosing the shirts and the design, Carlyn and her staff were knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and professional. I had a choice of several price points in tee shirts, all of which were reasonable. Carlyn listened to my preferences and helped me choose the perfect tee shirt for my group. My design was simple and easy to execute, but I saw examples of their work that were fine examples of graphic art. In a matter of days, my tee shirts were ready. They are perfect. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

My sister-in-law said, "why don't your bargain with them?" I know that people do this kind of thing all the time but I have never tried it, so I thought... why not?! I asked the very friendly clerk if she would take the price I was offering to pay (only a few dollars less). She needed to check with her manager. After doing so, the manager actually yelled across the room (with zero tact), "why would I do that? I sell 50 of these a week?!" His tone was dripping with condescension... completely unnecessary. His goal was clearly to embarrass me. I really felt the situation could have been handled in a much more civilized manner. The only person he successfully embarrassed was his poor store clerk.
