My mother and I trusted fox world travel to send us to a different country. We asked for some nice…read moreand close hotels in the Cancun area and our travel agent assured us everywhere he was recommending was 5 stars and so trusting his word we went with one of the resorts. Before we even left for our vacation we had to ask him three different times just to get our travel itinerary/information. Nick Webb is his name if you're wondering, he ended up sending it to us mind you he sent this information to us maybe four days before our departure. All of this information ended up changing and the only way we found out our flights changed and we're switched around with times was because I looked through the flying company's app with our flight numbers! Nick couldn't even bother letting us know our planes were leaving earlier/later I guess that wasn't important enough to inform us about. Once we landed in Cancun it was an absolute mess from there, we told Nick we wanted to be close to the airport cause we didn't feel like starting our vacation with a long drive to our hotel. Pretty simple request but I guess not, going against our wishes Nick sent us about an hour and a half away from the airport (not including time with traffic) When we arrived everything seemed okay our room somehow wasn't ready so we had to wait another forty minutes or so while they "cleaned" our room. The hotel went on to tell us about how they have 6 different restaurants, free room service cause it was all inclusive, multiple pools so on and so fourth so we were excited to start our trip from there! We got to our room and it was immediately one red flag after another, there was over an inch clearance from the door and outside so any of the geckos, cockroaches and other insects could creep into our room, after that we noticed MOLD everywhere. It was on our ceilings in our bathroom and in the bathtub. The shower was disgusting there was a bunch of random stuff in the drain, the bathroom counters had stains everywhere, the bathroom floor had mold and mildew in the corner along with standing water. Moving into the next main room where we're supposed to sleep let's start with the air didn't even work so it was disgustingly hot in there, our bedroom sheets had mold stains and a few other unidentifiable stains on them as well along with the chairs you're supposed to be able to relax in. So we complained to the front about all of this and they said they'd go clean the room. We decided to go check out some of the other parts of the hotel, an they weren't any better the pool had algae and mold growing all over it, the beach was disgusting, none of the restaurants were ever open and youd ask different workers and some of them would say they're 24/7 or that they're open from 5-10 So not only we're we being sent on a wild goose chase just to find food but every time we we're told one of them we're open we would go there and they'd be closed!! So we decided to order room service cause it's all inclusive right? Nope 35$ not including the food so we just ate the snacks we brought from home. Decided to head back to our room to see if it was clean and it wasn't and after a couple more times complaining and the time being about now 10:30 at night and neither I or my mother could sleep cause we felt there was probably bed bugs everywhere cause we kept breaking out in hives we went down to the front desk. They moved our rooms at 10:30 at night to another room that had pretty much all the same issues and a new one being that when you showered the bathroom literally flooded Don't know how that isn't a safety hazard but whatever. We ended up reaching out to Nick sending him the pictures telling him all the times we complained begging him for a solution because we COULD NOT stay in this disgusting hotel, I mean we we're looking at flights home the day we landed. Nick pretty much emailed us back saying we're the ones who picked this vacation and he also informed us he reached out to the hotel and they said we never once complained. Don't ever waste your time with this company unless you want to go somewhere so disgusting your skin crawls and your travel agent who you payed how much money for pretty much informs you that it's all your fault supposedly even though you have no idea what this resort looks like except for of course the catfished pictures on their site. to dig a little deeper then the hotels website? Ridiculous this whole trip was like throwing your money in a garbage bag and then hopping in after it. Please don't ever waste your time associating with Nick Webb and Apple valley vacations aka fox world travel.

And I think they are reasonable with their prices, I could be wrong the tan lasts a long time. And if you want she has some spray for your face to make it last longer. With me, the tan stayed every where really good except my face so I got some of this spray this time. They have alot of products for sale and everyone is really nice. Not really sure what kind of beds or stand ups they have, but the place is always clean. If you're in the De Pere area and you need a great tan stop in and see the place. Oh yeah, the spray tan is made from sugar cane, I think just ask and she'll tell you, but it is all natural. Debbie

Gregory asked me if I had prior insurance 3 times, 3 times I said I did not. He asked me If I wanted to be paperless, I informed him I did not. Gregory quoted me a price of $550 for 6 months of auto insurance. I wanted monthly auto insurance billing but he stated this was required due to not having prior insurance. He stated that the terms would change to monthly after 6 months and told me to ignore the prior insurance declaration forms or to leave them blank when applying for insurance and required that I sign all the documents that he sent me in order to activate the insurance policy. Later I contacted Gregory Rhude on March 20th, 2024 to inquire about the status of the insurance processing due to not having prior insurance, he informed me that his team would take care of it and to simply allow more time to pass. I was charged an additional $264 later due to not having prior insurance, however I was not aware of this at the time because I was not informed of the surcharge through mail as my preferred method of notification against my express wishes. On September 17th 2024 I was charged $960 for 6 months of auto insurance even though I was promised monthly payments after the initial 6 month period. This left me with $1.77 in my bank account and significant financial hardship as my next paycheck was not until September 27th. Despite cancelling my policy as of September 17th and being promised a refund by September 20th I still have not received my refund as of September 23rd, 2024.

She refused to quote me a rate on a car unless I bundled everything (I currently have everything with state farm) The woman was rather unpleasant and finally I just had to ask her "so you cannot give a quote for a single car?" She replied no and I hung up. Guess I'm sticking with State Farm - if the service is that horrible just signing up , how bad will it be if I have a claim. Very disappointed with the Appleton office!! Maybe another office will have better service.
