They have good instructors, very friendly staff, good lab environments and provide phenomenal snacks and refreshments (we had a full plate of McDonalds McMuffins waiting for us on a Friday morning). There is also always a fresh pot of coffee available at all times (essential to any IT Professional). The training itself was great. The courses were taught at a good pace and the instructors were able to sit down with each of us to help us get through exercises and problems. Great hands on experience with both real-world and example based exercises. The only thing I would suggest is possibly stretching the hours for overall course time. Specifically when I took my advanced Java Course, I didn't find 3 days was enough for me to fully take in and retain all of the materials. We ended up having rush through a few elements and skipped over some of the sections completely. Overall, 4/5. But 5/5 since I want to bump it up from the 1 star review (below)... I would definitely not hesitate go back. They are also located in a great area (directly situated in front of the World Exchange Plaza).

Today I signed up for the free three day trial. so I can use three days over the next week. Went right to the weight room and I lifted weights for a while and then ran on the treadmill. It's a great room. So many machines. I don't even know what most of them do. It's a great relaxing atmosphere. I'm going to start going every morning instead of my usual jog along the canal. Oh, and my dad goes every month for a talk they have in one of the rooms with a speaker for mostly retired people. It's great. I've gotten to some of those.

No, if you are a fancy gym user…read more I have been to Cherry YMCA in Toronto and it was just perfect. This YMCA has a really old and dark gym space with a really old equipment. Another thing is that it's very dirty over the place. I would say that there some other options like GLife or Elgin Fitness if you need some new equipment. If you are ok with old machinery then go ahead. The monthly prices range from $45 to $70. Unfortunately, it is very sad about gyms in Ottawa.
