The recent managers here are absolutely TERRIBLE. They're NEVER in the office unless it is lot payment time. They NEVER return phone calls. I've tried calling at least 7 times in the last few months and left voice mails.. Not one single return call or an attempt of contact. The gates are broken or missing so the HOA fees tenants are stuck paying are absolutely useless. I've wanted to discuss possibly purchasing one of the homes they have for sale, and they can't even get back to me on that. How are any of the tenants here supposed to get anything done, if the only people that can do anything refuse to do their jobs? Absolutely do not recommend this park for anyone that isn't already here unless something changes. read more

I have lived here for 24 years, been through multiple owners and even more managers. Everyone of them being worse than the last, until Jillene & Jim came a long. They care about the residents, and want to make this place somewhere you can call home. They take pride in their jobs and it shows. I can not express how impressed I am with them. They really know how to bring a community together for the better. I do however agree with another post about the owner Brian Fitterer, just look him up. I will never understand how such good people work for such an awful company. If your looking for a community based mobile home park, Jillene & Jim are doing great things here, it is my hope that they are around for the foreseeable future. read more

What a great experience I have had with the new management. I am not sure about the other reviews on here, but I guess with anything, if you are one of those people that don't follow the rules then you are not going to be happy with getting told you must comply. I on the other hand needed some sprucing up and welcomed the advice and guidance from the new management. I have gotten great tips from the maintenance manager Jim about how to keep the weeds away in my flower beds and it has really helped. I love being able to go get my mail and can stop in and say hello to Mrs Jill, who always has a little dog treat for my Chihuahua Tink. This management couple really care about us as family not just residents. I have been here many years and never have I been able to look down the street and see a bunch of residents visiting and laughing with the managers before. Mrs Jill is a great lady that always has her door open and a smile on her face. This by far will be the best managers we have had here, even though Jim and I will always disagree on who is the better football team, Seahawks verses Steelers. Go hawks. read more

Worst managers I've ever seen in here! We've been here for 14 years and these people are never in the office. They will not return phone calls, and they change a $25 administrative fee everytime that contact you for any reason. However the managers office has visible holes in the outside, they don't maintain anything outside the fences, and they allow their child to ride his bike in the middle of the street without moving for cars. This company needs to get rid of these people. Is you're thinking about buying here, DON'T! Space rent goes up$30 $40 every year, and is now one the most expensive parks in the area, with none of the amendedies. read more

Use to be a nice safe, family oriented mobile home park when the Wetherbees owned it. Second owner (dentist) real shady with financial problems split the park up and raised prices. Then came the so called savior he was going to be the owner who was going to restore the park to the way Wetherbees values. Nope this owner increases rent $ 20 to $30 a year (closer to $30) and will continue because he can. Laws differ from California, he wouldn't be allowed to do what he does here, there. What are the increases for ? Its certainly not going towards the park. Lots of increases with nothing in return. We rent but have a long list of responsibilities ,some make you roll your eyes because its something they should or use to do. I've seen a lot of the elders who lived here for years having to move due to rent hikes they couldn't compete with their fixed income. I guess we get a gate again , so what, it's been down for years. Even when the gates up the wrong people still get in. It just becomes a hassle because the gate will be operating for a while then it be broke down due to individuals without access to enter. Spoke with managers in past and there have been a lot of them since this owner has owned the park. The one thing they say is that he's going to continue with high rent increases every year and trying to get money from him to do anything positive towards park is almost taboo it's a pure struggle. read more
