When we got to the garage, no one was there to do the post-rental process and there was no sign indicating what to do. I had to call the main headquarters to figure out what to do. Because no one inspected the car, including myself (rookie mistake), they claimed I had done damage to the car.I didn't do any major damage to the back that they reported. I would have noticed. They also are horrible at communication and took weeks to get back to me. Only when I called were they able to send me photos. Even after sending photos showing part of the damage was there before starting the agreement (with the rental agent in the photo), I was charged. I do not trust this company and I do not recommend them to anyone.
