After waiting 45 minutes, we were able to contact the photographer - she had car problems, but never contacted us let us know. She eventually showed and did a credible job. The product was poor - very washed out. They tried to "fix" the poor product; however, they never got back to us, nor did they return any of our calls. Unfortunately we fully paid in advance with no recourse. I do not recommend them.

Mercedes had a perfect spot in mind for the shoot, she was extremely helpful instructing us with certain poses and action shots, and had a great eye for detail. It was my first time ever doing a professional photoshoot and I can sometimes be an awkward guy, but her suggestions and gentle direction made it feel like a completely natural experience. We got our edited photos back a few days later right as we were about to head home from our vacation, and me and my girlfriend were absolutely blown away at how good they came out!!!! We literally said to each other that we felt like professional models they were beautiful, our friends and family raved about them, and they memorialized such a perfect little moment in time. I'm SO glad we went with this company, the price was beyond reasonable and for the results we got, you'd think we payed wayyy more. We will 110% be using them again in the future

Went on Yelp to find a photographer for family photos last minute and stumbled upon 777 portraits and TJ was very professional from the get go when I called him for available times. Was able to set up a session that same day later on with Stevie (very chill, personable guy) and made our photo session fun and listened to what we wanted in our shots. Photos came out great and Stevie even texted me telling me that they were uploaded and ready to view in 48 hours after our session! Thank you again 777 Potraits and team! She met us at the State Park and very professionally took control and directed our family of 9 of what to do. I was dreading this photo shoot, but because of Brittany, she made it efficient and effective. Very pleasant to deal with. She was excellent with our young children and she was creative in her shots. We are excited to see our proofs. We would highly recommend anyone to use Brittany as their photographer.
