She verified that they took our insurance and then handed us paperwork to fill out before we were seen. After filling it out we waited for about 5 minutes before we were called back for vitals to be taken. Immediately got into an exam room where my husband was triaged by the nurse. Within 2-3 minutes of her leaving the room, the PA came in. My husband was being seen for a burn and the PA was very thorough and helpful. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy and we were out the door shortly after. The entire visit was around 30 minutes total. Truly great service and care. Very grateful that an urgent care was opened closer to home.

RE: KARMA WILLIAMS, PA and BREANNA, JOHNSTON PAIN STAFF My…read morepickup at the pharmacy went sideways this weekend, In the midst of the usual chaos of a Monday, I attempted to reach out to my provider at JOHNSTON PAIN MANAGEMENT due to an issue with my script at CVS in Hampstead. After numerous calls and messages, sweet BREANNA picked up the phone at 2 PM and just owned the whole situation! She made contact promptly with KARMA and I have no doubt that between the two of these professional and personable women, I'll have my meds today. Please thank both Breanna and Karma for me! With Breanna, her patience, willingness to help, and reassurance helped to calm me and I feel confident that the dilemma is resolved! I'm so grateful for Karma and staff members like Breanna who understand how frustrating these situations can be for the patient. Her attention to the details of the situation kept me from having to repeat the whole scenario over and over and she just took it forward, assuring me that everything would be resolved and that she'd call me back promptly, I felt complete relief after a stressful morning. With Karma, I always feel that I am the only patient at the practice, she makes you feel that special! I've been with her for roughly 10 years and the undivided attention that she shows me during my visits are such a blessing to me. While this world is spinning at breakneck speed, Karma truly listens to every word I have to say and I know that she truly cares for me and all of her other patients, Mondays are just heavy days but thankfully, these two beautiful souls have taken away my stress regarding receiving my overdue meds. God bless all of you there at Johnston Pain! Sharon

I completely trust Dr. Nutz and his staff to help me and my family with our medical needs. He is a very competent doctor who stays current with what's going on in the medical field to give his patients the best current treatments methods and provide them with the highest level of care available. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and I feel like they genuinely care about helping their patients. I've rarely had to wait more than 15 - 20 mins before being called to be seen. The only times I have ever had to wait longer than that was if I was being seen at a time when I was been lucky enough to be "squeezed in". His staff is very helpful in getting me the appointment times that are the most convenient for me. Dr. Nutz is very professional with great bedside manners. I feel very comfortable in discussing even the most personal issues with him. He is great with follow-ups and treatments from start to finish and beyond. I would highly recommend him to both friends and family, and in fact, my whole family receives their care from him. I cannot give a higher recommendation to Dr. Nutz and I wish him and his family great success.

Billing was Rude beyond rude , even going as far to call me dumb. as well as being unhelpful trying to remedy the situation. i have now been billed near 250$ for a service i should never have paid for because of my secondary insurance being free healthcare, within network. they refused to bill both and were so SO difficult to communicate with. i even went as far as to call both insurance companies and try to have billing talk to them, i think her name was amanda or any or something with an A specifically , and she HUNG UP ON US! even my insurance companies were baffled. i resolved to just pay this bill and be done with it, but i have never had such a bad experience trying to create a solution to such an easy problem in my life. I worked in billing for awhile too, in a dental office, i know it's a solvable problem and should not have been such a hassle. i treated them with nothing but kindness and towards the end some polite frustration but what the heck!!! leaving this review as i finally am done with this place completely now. i'll restate again, the care team are wonderful and i adored them. Billing department however.... let's just hope you don't need help with anything or have a question!
