I would have given 5 stars, but have to report that the finish was not perfect in a couple of places when the car was first returned to me and it had to go back. My aircon wasn't working on my BMW so I got them to have a look, it took them weeks to find out…read morewhat the problem is before trying to do lots of work that was not needed so accumulate a bill of over £500! While I was waiting for a courtesy car I over heard one of the staff say 'Can he use the red Micra?' to which his colleague said 'As long as he brings it back by 2pm as shes coming back to collect it then'. So they are obviously giving out customer's cars as courtesy cars! After a few days I noticed that my engine was making a ticking noise, i look at the oil dipstick and realized it was low, so I bought a liter of oil and poured it in, it still didn't hit the stick, I poured in 3 more liters until it was hitting the dipstick. They had no reason to go anywhere near my engine and my low oil light worked when I booked it in so i'm pretty sure they stole my oil and disconnected the low oil sensor. It certainly didn't burn or drip 4 liters of oil on the driveway in 2 weeks!
