I had hired this company to come clean my best friend's home. My friend isn't well, and it was important to me to find someone who could not only get her home sparkling clean for me to provide my friend some comfort, but to also find someone who could be sensitive and understanding to her situation. Did I luck out! Not only did they keep in touch on a regular basis, but the price was great for the work that they had put into my friends home. It looks absolutely beautiful and i haven't seen it look like that in years. My best friend was blown away at some of the things you had found to clean! Very thorough. Finding someone who cared so much about this task was an honest blessing, and while it may seem like just a cleaning, the heart and soul put into it brought tears to both my friends and I's eyes. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart for doing this for us and being such wonderful human beings to boot!

I usually get my whole home cleaned bi-monthly but my usual lady has been closed due to Covid since May so I thought I'd try another place out. The booking process was very easy-I grabbed one of the available dates and paid my deposit online. I was assigned Kristen for my scheduled clean. She came in, with a mask, and explained the procedure and was very friendly/professional. You do have to pay for the service up front. In 3 hours, she cleaned only the kitchen and stated that she ran out of time because my cabinets were tall. They are tall, however, the rest of my kitchen wasn't "3 hour deep clean" dirty. I would say just the stovetop had some cooking splashes but nothing else in there was severely dirty to require that much time. In three hours, she did the outer cabinets, stove top, outside of oven, outside of fridge, outside of cabinets, sink area, outside of microwave, range hood, fingerprints from the door and the island top. This took 3 hours...I know it was only one person but time management could have been better. She did do a good job---one would expect with that much time. I was hoping for her to at least get the kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms cleaned in that timeframe. My original cleaner deep cleaned my entire house in 3 hours and did an exceptional job and when my husband came home from work, he would KNOW she came by. He didn't notice a difference this time since the kitchen wasn't a disaster to begin with. The work from Sharon's cleaning company was good, but not something I would go back to, hence the two star deduction. I hope she ends up hiring more people to commit to the deals and hours that she puts out.

So I was referred to Cleaning Gurus by a very good friend and was super excited to work with them…read more The scheduling person was very responsive and timely. I had scheduled a deep clean, which is a 4 hour cleaning and was going to be $150 and intended to use them on a monthly bases. The day came and one cleaning professional showed up on time, at noon, and immediately went to work. They don't really talk to you about what you are looking for or what you want them to focus on. The first cleaning professional was very focused and getting stuff done. The second professional didn't show up until a little over 30 min later and she seemed very distracted by her phone. It was 2:30 and they were gone, the floors were wet but I didn't get to see what they mopped with or how. I was very confused because they definitely werent here for 4 hours and our house definitely wasn't deep cleaned. We started to look around and noticed if there is something under a couch or table or behind something they didn't pick it up. The cleaning professional in the kitchen, she was the distracted one, took all the stuff on my island and moved/piled it on a small side counter. Not organized in any sort of manner. I was going to let all that pass but then I noticed my sons knees, he's a crawler, had become a dirty brown color. I became very concerned because he crawls everywhere and I didn't want him getting sick if they floors were gross. It took numerous swifter pads to clean my floors and I don't have a very big home at all. I contacted them and let them know everything and they asked if I wanted them to send out a manager the next day to clean but I had already cleaned everything myself. You would think with the package confusion and less than satisfactory services they would offer a discount but non was given and they didn't honor their military discount either. I paid for the 2 hour service, a $90 service, but had to reclean my floors, pick up stuff from under stuff, and they didn't even touch my laundry room.

I recently purchased a "Deep Clean service" from J's and its was quite the opposite as advertised…read more It was quoted at $425 for a top to bottom full service 2br 2bath+ office and nursery it included the rest of the house as well . You can see all of the items on their cleaning Checklist and I'd say maybe 25% of them were done. https://www.jcleaningservice.net/cleaning-checklist Ultimately I was charged $440.25 so upchaged from the quote and they sent 1 person for 3 hours (not sure how it possible for one person to do a deep clean in 3 hours to start with). Either way they completely skipped over one of the bathrooms, Didn't even vacuums parts of some rooms, for example there was a pair of shore in the corner of one room and they were just vacuumed around, its something had to be moved (no matter how small it was just skipped over). Oh, and did I mention they didn't even bring their own vacuum they had to use mine? No dusting was done, fan blades all still covered in dust, no baseboards or corners cleaned no matter how accessible. They say they will wipe down microwave inside and out and cabinet faces, didnt do that, didnt even clean some parts of the counter around my coffee machine. Id break it down to I paid someone almost $150/hr to use my vacuum to do a bare minimum clean that I probably do a few times a week. I reached out and told them i was dissatisfied with my service, provided photos and video of all of the issues they apologized and said they would refund me, so I waited and then the refund never came, I reached back out and they said it should be 7-10 days for the refund to come and it still never came. That was close to a month ago now. I'd would suggest quite literally anyone else. 0 out of 10.
