I had a privacy window added in my primary bath over two years ago (right before he washed my windows the first time) and he informed me it has a vacuum seal leak. Had I hired some random "handyman" to wash my windows, this likely would have gone undetected, and by the time it became apparent to the regular person's eye, it would've been out of warranty and I'd be having to pay for another new window. Chase, I can't thank you enough for your great work ethic and my sparkling clean windows.

Thanks, Chase for the great job and going above and beyond…read more Chase and his crew cleaned an area on one of our properties and did a really great job. What I appreciated was that he paid attention to detail, especially on areas that needed it the most. There were some particular areas that were delicate, so he made sure to not use any pressure from the machine and hand washed it instead. I also asked to remove two medium sized trash on the roof, which he did, and then some. I didn't know, but the roof was littered with more trash than I expected. He went ahead and took care of that too. On top of that, his team cleaned all of the vent pipe covers because he saw that they were dirty. Good customer service. Called before and after the job. Seamless process and super friendly guy. The bid was a little higher than some others, but sometimes it's hard to find good help that you can trust.

Rosie came to our home to give us an offer for the service we requested. We both liked her, even though she had some difficulty with communication due to her primary language was Spanish. She was on time, dressed appropriately for the type of work she would be doing, & she was clean. Our primary concern was the amount we would have to spend for deep cleaning services. It's just too much money & it was more than we can afford to pay, especially at a time when food & fuel costs are so high. We had another lady we were going to chat with, but she did not work out at all. I guess we will have to do without housekeeping until the price comes down, if ever.
