I text him at 9:25am to ask his ETA...no response. At 12:22 he responds "sorry I missed today". Then at 2:15pm he responds again, I'm sorry I couldn't do it. I was in a situation. Can I come next week. My entire Saturday morning wasted sitting around waiting for him to show up and he couldn't be bothered to contact me or respond at any point during the morning to tell me he couldn't make it. Seeing the extent of the staining and red clay in the carpet, he had to revise his estimate, but it was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. I contacted CarPros of Atlanta and I was able to get on their schedule pretty quickly! On the day of the wash, they showed up at my house at the time they said they would be there and proceeded to spend several hours detailing my car. They were able to get all the bugs, that I thought were going to be a permanent part of my car's paint, cleaned off. They also spent extra time getting the insane amount of dog hair out of the carpets. It was worth every penny! I was extremely satisfied and would gladly refer friends and family.
