Apparently their system/camera can't read license plates that include verticals letters. I hoped that over time they would recognize this is a problem for customers but instead they're fine with wasting time and sending out the workers to get your information repeatedly. Never had an issue with a car wash that provided a barcode. Apparently Tommy's technology isn't very good.

This was the closest car wash by the casino. Car wash required a minimum of $2 to start which got me about 2 minutes and 40 seconds. The water was hot and the soap was plentiful. For a total of $4, my car was spotless. Vacuum station required $1 to start. Everything really went well but I am leery about serendipity. What are the odds that my car being greased and the closest car wash is Wash'n'go? Could the 2 events be related or are they pure coincidence? I am not John Cusack or Kate Beckinsale so I don't believe in Serendipity.

I have been to several Tommy's Express car washes in the Tulsa area. Usually I go to the South…read morePeoria location, which is where I went today. I have previously mentioned that there are not always attendants at the entrance so sometimes you just have to pull onto the conveyor belt that pulls you through the car wash on your own. During those times, no plastic bag is put over your rear window. Today when I went through the South Peoria location, there were two attendants, one of them was guiding me onto the conveyor belt, while the other one put the plastic bag over my rear window wiper. The car wash proceeded normally and I was happy with the way the car looked when I came out. When I pulled into vacuum station number nine, The driver side hose nozzle fell off as I was removing the hose from its holder. I was able to screw the nozzle back on without having to alert anyone. However, when I tried to move the hose around to the hatchback of my car the hose was barely long enough to enable me to vacuum out the rear of my car. I don't recall that ever happening before. I guess I got a short hose. There is a car mat washing machine near the vacuums. If you have flat mats, you simply insert them in the slot of the machine and it pulls the mats in, washes them and spits them out. It won't work on mats like WeatherTech though, they must be flat mats. Today's experience doesn't change my overall opinion and I leave my rating at four stars.
