She made the whole process painless and smooth. She even made copies of all our required paperwork so I didn't have to fight with our scanner or wait in line at Staples with the kids. She took the time to explain the whole process to us, there were no hidden fees or last minute surprises, and she was available through text/email/phone readily. We've been wanting to refinance for a while now but kept putting it off due to the imagined headaches and work we thought it would take, I wish we would have known how simple and easy Elisha would make it and we would have done it a long time ago!

I have done dozens of real estate deals over three decades and dealt with most banking institutions and title companies in San Luis Obispo county and never have I had the high level of service and commitment as I did with Elisha and Yesenia at Simple Lending and Realty. They represented me with my new home loan and my real estate purchase. They got me a fantastic loan and a great home and even helped when the sellers agent was a pain in the ass. These ladies are professionals and smart.
