I have had 2 boats that I keepted at crows nest. I have been dealing with them for years(about 10yrs never had issues with their service repowered my welcraft Portofino twin engine they did a very good job for me at a fair price. like any other service business you use you need to do your homework about what your having done, and establishing a good relationship is necessary. Being a wiseguy will get you less than you should get. trying to pay less than a job is worth usuallymarks you poorly. the worst marina. ownership has changed and where the owner is concerned his manager thinks he is way above you and that you are doing him a favor by keeping your boat there. the marina is next door on 2 sides, to dirt movers so your boat is constantly filthy. you rarely if ever get a call back with an update to anything. the past owner is still on site and if he does not like you - he will ruin your day, week or season. he is a nasty, unconcerned dickhead. they are inexpensive but, you get what you pay for. if you want a place just to keep your boat - this is the place. if you want a place to leave your boat because you care about it - find anywhere else. read more

I'm new to boating, I don't have much knowledge about it, I brought my boat for the service before I put it in the water, when I brought the boat to them I told them please check everything to make sure everything works on the boat. After they check the boat they gave me a 3600 estimate and a list of whole bunch thing that needs to be replaced and repair, so after bargain, we agreed with $3000 to do the works, a week later the boat is done and I paid cash so they won't charge taxes on me, right after I paid it their attitude is changed, second days I got the boat and I tested found there small issues but boats runs fine, I ask them about the small issues but they told me these thing is not included in the job since they gave discount, so I thought I can live with it.  But a week later, almost everything failed to work on my boat, whole bunches problem came up, so I called them, they told me I have to wait a few weeks for them to take a look at it,. So I went to them, they didn't even bother to look at the boat to see what's wrong and  told me everything they have done is done, anything failing now are completely another job,  and they start laughing at me saying that's what I get for asking the discount. so basically what I paid over $3000 to have the boat works is completely wasted. read more

First, don't know how you can review a yard in Oceanside NY when your boat is in California You're talking about the wrong yard!! My friends and I have been using this marina for winter storage and repairs for at least 10 years. Never once have we had a problem. They are really friendly to you until they get paid and the boat is there. I actually paid winter storage which included bottom paint...they never painted the bottom. Terrible service, If you need a starter...they will tell you .. you need a new engine. read more
