The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 4 is because of a few different points: - The internet barely worked in the cabin, and we called for help several times to the front desk and got minimal. -There were wasps in our loft where the kids were going to sleep, but we called and called and got no answer. We decided to all pile up on the downstairs beds, rather than continue to try to connect with anyone who might be able to help because it was really difficult.

Mr. Chu the owner would not honor this even though my son never attended any classes under the new contract, he persists to charge me monthly. But the worst part is that what I paid in cash when I paid in full, he is denying I EVER paid! And since I didn't get a receipt because I trusted him at this time, I have no proof. What an awful scam on his part. While my son did enjoy when he went here, how all this went down business wise is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I got riding lessons for xmas in 2024, was super excited and went to a couple of lessons. was a…read morelittle disappinted that I wasn't being trained in wester which I told them I was more comfortable with, they told me after 10 lessions i could do western, so I was like ok cool. Then my schedule started getting busy and I couldnt' go. I informed them of this. So that fall I reached out and got zero response. So I did a follow up email and phone and text. Still no response. So I left it alone Then two weeks later I get a text from the trainer. And informed me they only had tuesdays and thursday. night availble. In formed her I cannot do that and be there on time due to my job. So I reached out again and asked for a refund on these lessions due to scheduling conflicts. They told me via text they would refund me Its been a mnth and still no refund. I tried to call, messaged them on facebook messenger, so far no response. i will say this place it great for younger children, but not adults if they want to learn or get back to riding. My main complaint is they have terrible communication. I never knew who to contact about anything. But the stable was good and trainers good, just terrible communication.

We had a birthday party here recently, and give it 2/5 overall. First, the good things. The kids…read morehad a great time riding the horses, and there were activities provided (brushing the horses, learning about the equipment, feeding them peppermints, and finally rides). It is not 2 hours of riding though. Each child is given 2 tickets for one ride around the stable. The birthday child gets an extra ride around. I didn't have to clean up, which was nice. When I spoke with the owner on the phone, she was very nice. On to the not-so-great stuff. There was no working restroom. Apparently they had a pipe break and it was expensive to fix. She offered to let us use the restroom but warned that it was gross. Most of the kids chose to go outside. I wish I had been warned, as we would have let the parents know or rescheduled for a time with a working restroom. Second, there is no separate room for birthday events. The party is in the stable, and there are flies EVERYWHERE. There was a cooler with something to drink, and cups beside it and they were literally blanketed with flies. When I spoke with the owner I chose the cake flavor, yet when the day came the person running the event did not offer to bring out the cake until I requested it. I had also brought cupcakes and she "figured that was enough." The owner was not present at our event. The girl hosting the event acted like she didn't want us to eat the cake. It was just weird. There were cakes stacked in the office (not refridgerated) and she said when people bring their own cake they re-use the cakes for the next party. Hello?! I paid for the event, why can't I take the cake home? Finally, there were 2 young girls assisting with the events and I don't feel like they had the training to guide children around horses. Most of the parents later spoke up that they were very uneasy and worried about their children being so close to the horses. I would not recommend this venue for a birthday party. For the price paid, I would have expected more.
