I had a great experience with DJB Continuous Gutters from start to finish…read more I got three bids, and theirs was easily the most professional and competitively priced. Daniel really stood out--super knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and walked me through different options without any pressure. The quote was clear, detailed, and upfront. Daniel, Jesse, and Brandon completed the entire job in one day--new gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and they even cleared out my existing drain pipes. They paid attention to the details, worked around a slightly uneven roofline, and everything came out looking clean and well done. They also left the place spotless, which I really appreciate. They offer a solid three-way warranty, but honestly the all-steel gutters feel like they'll last for decades. I would absolutely recommend them if you want quality work and a smooth, no-hassle process.

Excellent work, high integrity, and good communication throughout the process. Daniel was very clear about the work him and his crew were doing. There were a couple extra things that needed fixing and he was able to include them in the days work. They left my property in great shape and took away the old gutters. These guys are professional and courteous. If you need gutters this is the crew. I highly recommend DJB Continuous Gutters. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

In April of 2021 we had a tear off and re-roof done to our residence in Bandon by R&R Roofing…read more So, here's the bottom line first - Would I have them do the work again? YES Absolutely! Would I recommend them to others? YES, without hesitation! Am I satisfied with their demeanor, professionalism & workmanship? YES! Their bid pricing was fair and honest. They wrote a good contract too - that ALSO looks out for you! And their Clean-up at the end was very good. R&R is a father, son, and working wife business with a couple of other long term full time employees that make for a good crew size. They're not too big and not too small, and not slow, like a one guy operation can be. Dan, the owner was always there on the job. I consider myself lucky to have found these folks, here's why. I've been in construction work for most of my life. I've been retired now for about ten years and don't feel comfortable anymore on a roof to do the work myself. But I have learned a few things over the years and have seen most of the BS tricks that contractors play on homeowners. I knew what materials I wanted, and how the work was to be done. I had bought all the better materials (like stainless steel nails) and had them on hand at the site. And so the search began to find a roofer to do the work. What I thought would be easy, turned out to be one of the most frustrating Coos County jungle-thrashes I've had in many a year. There seems to be something about roofers that sets them apart. They have more complaints and license suspensions on file than any other type of construction specialty. So, one of the most important things you can do in selecting a contractor is to go to the Oregon Construction Contractor Board's web site (www.ccb.org) and put in their License # and see how many complaints, suspensions, and fines they have on record. R&R Roofing has none! And the one MOST important thing for any homeowner to do, is to see if they have WORKMAN'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE for their employees. That's just in case the under-the-table day worker guy falls off your roof and sues you. Also beware of the contractor who wants 1/2 of the money up front - he will have control over you - don't do it. R&R Roofing as a clean record, they were straight with me, they have worker's comp., and didn't require any up front money, they were fast and efficient and they did good work. What more could I have ask for? It was a long road, but I felt in the end it was worth the trouble in finding R&R Roofing. One tip, if it doesn't feel right in your gut - keep looking. And I just have to say one more thing: What I found to be the most disturbing was that the majority of roofers I interviewed, really felt a righteous entitlement in deserving "their" 1/2 bid money up front, even without lifting a finger before doing any work. I actually sensed an anger in them, when I said NO - I would not allow them to get the advantage over me before the work even started. In many states there's an actual consumer protection law that limits what a contractor can ask for as a deposit. 10% or $1,000 of the bid, which ever is less, is the most common practice. With R&R I gave them one check at completion and that was that. Nice. by Bill S.

He is the one who called me to tell me the storm did significant damage to the roof and fencing of the house. He raced to get his roofing crew to put tarps over the damaged roof to stop the leaking, and he recommended we get the insurance inspectors out there immediately, which we did. The insurance adjustor gave us a terribly low estimate for the roof repair, but we knew we needed to have a new roof, so hired Dan's company, R&R Roofing, to replace the roof. The did an EXCELLENT job, finding and fixing several areas of rot, holes in the sheathing, and issues with the flashing. He also found and fixed where water had leaked into the home. Without R&R Roofing, our house would have suffered much more extensive damage, and the repairs would have taken longer. On top of that, when R&R was done fixing our house, he gave us letters, photos and proof that the insurance company's estimates were way too low. We took that information to the insurance company, and they agreed to pay us in full for the repair work, based on the evidence Dan gave us to prove our case. We also hired R&R Roofing to do an extensive renovation of the inside of the house to update it and freshen up most of the rooms. R&R updated the bathrooms, replaced all the flooring on the main floor, replaced windows and siding, finished off 2 new rooms, installed and repaired doors, and kept our house secured and maintained during the project. R&R also repaired the fences that were damaged due to the storm, did some re-grading of the ground to get water away from the house, and found rotting support beams, which they lifted the house to repair. R&R Roofing can do almost anything to improve a house! Great work Dan!
