The fries are fantastic, and good portion sizes for onion rings, onion bhajis and fries, along with the meat on various kebabs. They also accept card, unlike other takeaways. I mainly came in to use the toilet and possibly get a drink before heading onto the tram, with services running quite infrequently in a wasted opportunity for what is actually a decent tram network - but that's a different story. The toilets were well hidden, the only toilet was a disabled toilet but the entrance through a heavy door with a slight bump and turning didn't appear to be too disabled friendly. The toilets were disgusting too - they not only smelled bad but it was blocked and by the looks of things it appeared to have been that way for a while. There were no staff on the shop floor, unlike some branches which seem to be moving forward in terms of technology they did appear to have more of a manned till here to order and pay, but that seemed to be poorly mismanaged and it felt like at an airport where everyone hounded the desk after a cancelled flight for example.
