The Sprinter was white glove clean, fully stocked and smelled wonderful - as a frequent host for my clients I've ordered party buses/limos before and they stunk of cigar smoke or Jersey Shore sweat. None of that with A Advantages Sprinter! The Chauffeur, Robert was as amazing as well. Polite, on time, courteous the whole 9 yds. We thought it was a unique option for transportation, and would be good with photos on the big day. We talked with Diane the day of and received a discount card in case we wanted to proceed with booking. Although they could not book for less than a 1 hour commitment, we decided to move forward. Diane was very efficient and professional with the contract details, and email communications throughout the process. The day of, the car and driver (Steve) showed up a bit early, which allowed our guests to take some photos on their own - everyone thought it was really cool! Upon our exit, Steve introduced himself and helped us into the vehicle. However, when he tried to start up the car, it had a few issues getting started and died. There was a bit of nervous laughter with the crowd while we tried again - a couple times. Third time is a charm! We took off for a leisurely, scenic drive around the area (as our end location was only 5 min away). Overall the drive was nice, but the vehicle had a few hiccups. We noticed the driver would put the car in neutral when coming up to stop signs, likely trying to prevent it from dying! There was also a small, awkward moment of road rage at a stop light intersection; the driver turned 3 times to glare back at a red SUV that had previously passed and cut him off while we were driving around. At the end of the drive, Steve congratulated us, and wished us luck. Overall the experience was neat, and a good memory for the day.

Wade was professional, polite, and responsive to every call, question, and concern. He displayed the classy "Just Married" signs on the limo and provided sparking cider to the young newlyweds. He was timely, friendly, and gracious. My nephew and his bride enjoyed a beautiful ride before being dropped off and then the driver (Wade again) even helped carry luggage and other personal belongings to the couple's door on the 3rd floor. So much quality service for such a great price! I would recommend Uptown to anyone, anytime and I will definitely be using them again myself!

The second time the stereo didn't work going to and from Denver, he stated that if you phone is up to loud it cuts off and has to reset which was not the case because Derrick our driver told us the amp was blown by the last customers. Then because we didn't have music we could hear Derrick coughing the entire way. The owner stated he has seasonal allergies which maybe true but it was still unsettling to my guest. Then he says for my inconvenience he will give me a free hour next time I rent and yet he charged me a half hour more for the 20 minutes we went over this time. Had he just said I won't charge you for the 20 minutes over this time for your inconvenience he would still have a customer. I guess they just don't teach business like they use to. I spent over 1600 dollars in less than two months with this company and it will be the last of my money they ever get.
