They went back on the agreed amount and said if we didn't pay they'd send to collections. When my wife tried to pay they hung up on her. They made the adjustment on the price because they thought we would come back after they called my wife a liar over the phone, and when we didn't they went back on it and charged us the full price. I tried over and over again to pay the amount we agreed on and they wouldn't have it, so they can do whatever they have to do. I won't pay, it's a matter of principle at this point. Update to the reply: What makes you think after like 5 years of paying on time all the time with no issues, that I decided I just didn't want to pay the bill one day? By the time I was aware that you didn't get the check the office WOULD NOT LET US PAY! We got hung up on more than once trying to get the bill paid. You expect me to tolerate all of your mistakes and screwing around but if I make the mistake of not making sure you got my payment, it's a complete 180. I can't believe you go up to the school and community events, put on the happy go lucky act and dance around, and behind the scenes this is what you're like.

I went to Hildebrand Healthy Smiles, in Marshall, to get a new set put on. She bragged about being able to make the veneers in her office. I was at the dental office for 8 hours. I thought I was going to have a huge panic attack because of the hours with my mouth open. I had so many shots, it was unreal. They had to last for the entire 8 hours. I even felt loopy from all the shots. The set she put on were the worst I've ever had. They were too thick and looked like horse teeth. My teeth hurt every day after I got them. I expressed my hate of them. She did replace them free of charge. This time she sent my impressions to a lab to have the veneers made. They we're still terrible. One tooth has a gap between the next tooth. This gap has never been there my entire life! That same tooth is shorter than the same tooth on the other side. This also has never been present until now. I hate my veneers. They are still the worst set of porcelain veneers I've ever had! I hate my smile. I never went back. I will be getting them replaced from someone that knows what they are doing, once I save up $6,000. Her veneers are pathetic Regardless if she makes them in office or if she sends them off to a lab. I do not recommend.

I briefly mention the medicaid to the front desk and they refuse to see me at all, even as a cash patient listing a legal liability as the reason. I recently relocated to Terre Haute which is why I need a dentist, but I have spent the last 12 years in the dental field. I have never heard this rule before. On the bright side and the reason for the second star I have also never met a dentist willing to turn down thousands of dollars in cash, so you can probably trust them.

I broke a tooth last night, and they got me in today quickly and fixed the problem. This is the…read morethird time that I have broken a tooth, and they have gotten me in quickly each time. The staff are friendly and great. They listen carefully and answer all of my questions. Dr. Haring worked on my tooth today and gave detailed advice. He told me to be careful if I was drinking something hot while I was still numb, and suggested that I touch any liquid with my finger to ensure it wasn't too hot. After all the dental work that I have had, that was the first time anyone had given me that tip. He also reminded me to be careful if I ate anything before the medication wore off, and to chew softly. I appreciated the care from everyone today.

I asked if we could only do the couple of teeth that are going to cause issues soon as to avoid such a high bill and worry about the other ones later. I was told that they would absolutely NOT adjust the work to accommodate my request and instead offered to take out more credit in addition to the care credit we currently have. I insisted and they refused, so we went for a second opinion. The new dentist not only offered to adjust a plan to fit our needs, but quoted us to do the exact same work for only $250. We didn't have to adjust our plan and my son got all the work done that he needed for $1050 LESS. Please beware and seek a second opinion for high costing dental work quoted at this office. $1300 versus $250 for the exact same work is rather suspicious and ridiculous to me
