On the morning of my booking I telephoned 5 minutes before my taxi was due to arrive, and was told that they could not get a driver, and " WOULD I LIKE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION ! " I am 92 years old and could not find words! I will NEVER use this company again. All my extended family will NEVER use this company again. None of my friends will EVER use this company again.
