All he saw was dollar signs when he looked at my resume (called it a 9 or a 10 out of 10 in the interview). Once I knew he hadn't even looked at my work, it was incredibly disheartening. I also strongly suspect he made it difficult for me when I had applied for the same job directly, over his head. When your job is to make money from me getting a job, that's a bad sign.
