Smaller, local, nondenominational church who has a contemporary style with a current, "Christian…read moreradio" style music who currently meets at Newnan High School. Service starts at 10:30 and gets out about noon. Pastor gives easily understood and relatable sermons for today's world. Congregation appears to be younger and their are many younger families, but their are older folks who attend. This church is very kid friendly and very special needs friendly which is a big plus for me. Staff really wants to get to know your child and their needs (especially if they have medical special needs) to be as accommodating as possible. New children and children with special needs are paired with a "buddy" and the helper kids seem to be very welcoming. For those with kids with special needs who feel like mainstream churches look down on or who are afraid have your child in their ministry (i.e. liability), I would really suggest trying this church out. Staff and congregation are very welcoming and helpful to first time visitors to long time members.
