She is a wonderful Dr. She's very friendly, knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manners. Dermatologist is located on the 2nd floor. It's a big department with many dermatologists. It's hard getting an appointment sometimes but I can always message her with any concerns and she can get me in to see her if need be. There is ample parking in front of the building.

I try to avoid appointments at all costs, but I do want to live, so with my complicated health issues, visits are sometimes inevitable. Wow!!! Dr. Huy Nguyen is exceptional!!!!!!!!! He is a hematologist, and he spent so much time going over every detail of my issue with me today while drawing diagrams and making perfectly timed jokes to put me at ease. Then he said he was going to refer me to physical therapy and if that didn't help we could look at other options. I walked out feeling dejected. First of all, I've been to Kaiser PT several times over the years and it consists of an assessment and a sheet of paper with exercises. I think I need more than that. Second, he expressed concern several times for a health issue in my record that is already being addressed by my PCP and others within Kaiser. Everything possible is being done for this issue, but all he could see was a red flag and not the treatment I am receiving. Third, when I asked him about another disorder closely related to the one I was being seen for, he said it wasn't his area of expertise and I would need to see a different doctor about that. I had gone to the appointment thinking he was going to treat the entire issue, not just one piece of it. I think the doctor did the best that he could within the parameters of Kaiser's healthcare system, but I feel like I'm not being heard or receiving good care.

I messaged them to make an appointment for this year, and they called me back to let me know that my provider resigned last September! They had no decency to call or message me to let me know that he left the practice. This office is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly they do not care about you or your health. I don't understand how they can go through so many providers in so little time, that is saying something. Go there at your own risk!

Not only I didn't find the need to take them, for the second procedure I asked him not to prescribe me any medications as I wouldn't need any. To me, these were magical procedures. If I had not experienced this on my own, I wouldn't believe anyone's advice! I feel lucky and grateful for being referred to Dr. Bui by my nephew. Every year this is a hassle. This year I submitted the paperwork on March 24th, then I reached out on April 1st, April 5th, April 15th, and April 22nd. The paperwork was due April 26th and I did not get the paperwork until today on May 7th My disability claim was terminated and now I have to submit an appeal in order to start getting paid again and there is no guarantee it will be appealed because it is from an insurance company through my last employer. I had been low key harassing Kaiser for 4 days by calling every 1-2 hours until I saw results and I didn't get those papers until 2 weeks after they were due. Here is the kicker though - They told me they cannot fax my documents to the insurance company even though I have signed a Release of Medical Information for this company specifically for Kaiser. Ok whatever, BUT THEN they told me they can't even email the documents to me over the Kaiser App in the messages and gave me no real reason why... That is REDICULOUS, how is that not possible in 2026? (I have received paperwork in the past over the Kaiser App, they were intentionally making it harder for me because I annoyed them for not doing their job). Today CNN reported there was a Legionella outbreak at Kaiser and 18 people have been diagnosed ill and 3 died, TODAY, the same exact day my Cystic Fibrosis Specialist told me to come into the office because they couldn't email or fax a document.... This is not the first time I have had issues getting needed documents signed and I doubt it will be the last.
