In May 2025, Sharon L. Wigle, Attorney at Law engaged our services to develop and implement a lead…read moreflow and intake system. We waived the standard setup fee to lower her costs and delivered a fully operational system within one week, meeting all contracted specifications. Ms. Wigle failed to pay the first invoice due June 20th. When contacted, she provided excuses about paying "in a couple of weeks" and incorrectly claimed that companies "usually give 30 days to pay." As a contract attorney, she should have been well aware that our signed marketing services agreement explicitly states: "Payment will be due on the date of billing." Rather than honoring her contractual obligations, Ms. Wigle has now completely stopped responding to our communications regarding the outstanding balance. Service Provider Warning: Sharon L. Wigle, Attorney at Law demonstrates poor business practices and disregard for contractual payment terms. We strongly advise other service providers to require payment upfront or avoid working with this client entirely.

Sharon Was suggested by the courthouse. I hired her to help me with a landlord tenant dispute…read more She went through the information with me, as we prepared for the court date. When the date came, she had to 'reschedule' because she 'hurt her leg from standing on it too much.' She claimed she would reschedule my appointment, but somehow it never went though even though she told me 'she called' quite often. I then received a letter in the mail stating that I had lost the case. Next I had to reschedule at the court house, costing me around $160 extra. My court date is now tomorrow. I had met with Sharon again to review my information. I had just received a call from her stating that 'she can not make it because her mother is sick, but she wishes me the best of luck.' I asked her for a refund, due to her not supporting me in court , what I paid her to do. She refused. Sharon Wigle used her and her family medical problems to get money out of me, and now is leaving me to represent myself in the end.

Peter Buchbauer of the Buchbauer & McGuire, P.C. law firm located 110 N Braddock St, in Winchester…read more Peter Buchbauer represented me in a divorce case. I find his conduct and his representation, in my case reprehensible. Here are the facts, and I have documentation, from my perspective: 1) Peter Buchbauer with the opposing attorney Carolyn Fitzwater with the law firm Adams and Jones, Plc 11 S Cameron St. also in Winchester authored and edited/reviewed a Property Settlement Agreement (PSA). The document as written and reviewed was not a clean document. It contained opposing conceptual statements in the same paragraph, something a legal document should not have. (Malpractice or incompetent) 2) I asked Buchbauer to remove the opposing statement- he did not. (Unethical) 3) Buchbauer withdrew from the case leaving me to explain to the judge the discrepancies in the PSA, authored and reviewed by two family law attorneys. (Unprofessional) 4) After withdrawing from the case Buchbauer bill me, for 4 post-withdrawal events. 5) Buchbauer place an illegitimate lien against the marital property. (I viewed this as his way of bullying his client) 6) Peter Buchbauer appears to, block bill his clients, which increases his invoices by 30% to 50%. (Research Predatory Billing) 7) I brought these events to the attention to the Virginia State Bar. In my opinion, they chose to ignore these events by distorting the timeline and not following through with real investigation. In my estimation, it was attorneys protecting attorneys. 8) Divorce is a traumatic time. Attorneys take advantage and want to keep the fight going which provides billing hours. (No integrity)
